Lovely helpful staff not 1 problem I had with none of the staff they help me so much I they better than any one else had houses off they have helped me so much since I rented one of there property 4 years ago and I am loving it here thank you everyone at hunters

Awful customer service for tenants. Simply do not care about any issues with the properties and only look after the interest of the landlord. On a £1100/month property: potentially lethal electrical fault left for a week before getting fixed, damp and mould problems ignored, unfair charges when vacating a property, having to pay for removal of previous tenants rubbish ourselves but then getting charged £100 because the bins were not empty when we left. Disgraceful. Avoid like the plague. There is plenty of other decent estate agents in town.

Have used Hunters for a number of years as a letting agent, could be a bit more pro-active (usually me who has to chase when contract is up) but this has improved in the last 6 months. Staff are quick to get back to me and always pleasant.

I let a property through hunters Huddersfield. They were amazing at a tough time, pushing through my application and having me in my new home within a week. The day of picking up my keys my daughter ended up in hospital and they went above and beyond to make sure I had my keys. I have only had to call them once in 10mths and they came out within a couple of days. great letting agency thanks Jamie-lee brown.

Jamie Lee was great in organising my property let in April 2018. I arrived late due to traffic on the Saturday to collect the keys and she stayed around to ensure I got them in time. I am currently living in a property which is managed by Hunters and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we viewed the house they went above and beyond to ensure they could do everything they possibly could to secure us getting the house we wanted. Everybody in the office is friendly and helpful always willing to answer our problems ASAP no matter how big and small. Couldn’t ask for better estate agents! Jamie Lee in particular has always gone above and beyond, especially before moving in to ensure it all went as quickly and smoothly as possible. Thank you. Highly recommend !
