GoogleRented from hunters and had problems the whole time I was renting. House needed repairs which never got fixed despite numerous call’s and messages. Young staff that have no interest in customer service. The little lad Michael is clueless. When you move out they rob you for your bond absolutely appalling service. Oh and Michael left so he did work there..Michael tonks??
Hi Billy, having checked our system we can't find you as one of our tenants. We also don't or haven't had anyone called Michael working in the Crookes office, or our other sister offices of Hillsborough and Woodseats. As Hunters is a national franchise network it may be different franchisee. GoogleGreat experience recently - had faulty wall sockets and an issue with one of my windows and both were fixed within a day of reporting. Really appreciated how quickly and professionally Aimee Grierson acknowledged the problem and organised for someone professional and friendly and experienced to fix it all! Thanks

GoogleI've had my property with the on the market for 6 months and nothing happened. I had to chase them to see if there was any interest or any feedback. I then asked them to advertise it to let and I was lied to that there were viewings when I know for a fact that no one was at the property at the time of supposed viewings. Total waste of time, bad service and lazy agents. I regret using them.

GoogleWe were impressed with the service from Hunters from the the initial visit to value our home through to the recent completion of the sale. They kept us fully informed by phone and via the portal and managed the viewings professionally. The office staff were particularly helpful throughout the entire process and as we had not moved for 40 years their reassuring approach was more than welcome. We cannot fault the service and will certainly reccomend them in the future. Well done & thank you all at Hunters Solhull.
