The customer service we received from Alison and Sarah throughout has been first class and I wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future. It is worth mentioning that we also used their conveyancing service, this was well priced and once again the service was fantastic. So disappointed with them. Booked over the phone for 11am, explicitly stated I'd be taking the day off work to attend this viewing. I ended up on the bypass instead of the main road so was 10 minutes late and couldn't ring with me driving. Got there to find she'd booked another appointment elsewhere for half 11,s despite having booked in at 11 so had already been and gone. I accept that I took the wrong route and was late but I am disgusted that I had been allocated what, a 5 minute slot?...to view the house and have any questions answered/paperwork sorted etc. Daft to think they're rushing client's in and out of their properties in such a manner. I'd drove all that way and would only have been ushered in and out anyway. Not happy. I suggest you ask on the phone how long a slot you'll have booked for you to avoid any disappointment and also, plan your route better thab I did!
