I was heavily pregnant living on the 3rd floor of a loud building with no lift and desperate to move. I relocated to London in March, and found my new home by Hunters which matches with my criteria perfectly. At the beginning I rented a short term flat as I was to go abroad for 2 months. I loved the place, and Irfan at Hunters helped me in finding and renting a new flat at the same building. He is very professional and dedicating. You can easily communicate with him by whatsup, text or phone. He is very quick and well organized to show you different properties. He also speaks Turkish very well. Really bad agency. They are rude on the phone and the guy in the letting department is not helpful at all. I have rented from other agencies and called so many to enquiry about properties but have never been treated like this. He even hang up on me. Wouldn't recommend even calling for a viewing if you are going to be treated just like they did with me on the phone. I understand they have to explain us their precedures but there is no need to get all arrogant and not even let me explain myself. I'm quite experienced in terms of renting from an agency and what procedures I have to go through. He was talking to me like if I was some sort of kid like I didn't understand. Really disappointed with their service. They should be trained to give a nice customer service.
