Hunters of Pudsey recently provided me with a very well coordinated house selling experience. All the team were very pro-active throughout and were excellent at keeping me informed in all aspects of the process. Special thanks to both Emily and Alex. Both of them were extremely friendly, helpful and were really honest with me throughout the process. Estate agents get a bad reputation, however I found them both to be really respectful in what is a stressful time for individuals and they appeared to actually care too which is nice.

We rented out a house for a while before selling it (both were managed by Andy and Sophie at Hunters). It was such a fantastic experience, great value for money and we are genuinely grateful for all of their help. Best estate agents I've ever used. Worth every penny.

This is the best estate agency to work with. Found myself a nice home because of the professional and unbiased attitude of the agent that facilitated the visit. He listened to me carefully, provided expert advice and went the extra mile in making the landlord consider us as tenants. Communication was efficient and to the point, no question remained unanswered, all my queries were presented to the landlord and this led quickly to a no-hassle 24 month contract. Compared to other agencies that went from not showing up for viewings to turning hostile when being told that there are going to be pets, Hunters is doing exemplary work. Can't recommend them enough!

Cannot praise this estate and in particular letting agent Atif enough. Always prompt communication and on the side of the landlord and the tenant alike on a good and bad day. Would recommend to other landlords.

I used Hunters to manage the letting of our property. I had heard that letting agents were not to be trusted and do the minimal possible. I can honestly say my experience with Hunters was nothing like this. I found their communication to be excellent, they were not pushy, they responded to my requests timely. I liked that the advice they gave me took into account the tenant as well, I mean they were balanced in terms of looking what was fair to both sides. I found this reassuring because presumably the tenants sensed this as well. Their fee was by far the most competitive, they stood by their word on everything and did not try and sell me options I did not need or want. I dealt initially with Michael, who was very helpful and patient, and later, the main contact was Alex, who was always available and responsive, diligent, and totally professional. I am very grateful, and firmly recommend them.

Charged me for engineer visit without obtaining vat receipt or invoice for the charges. I already had appliances insurance cover with clear instructions from me to contact the insurance in emergency. This was carried out by their rent desk agent named Donna who still work there. I would have reported them to ombudsman if they didn't refund me.

The worst of the worst. No communication, slow service and rude, disinterested staff. I practically had to beg for updates on my sale. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
