GoogleWe have had a most positive experience with Devan at Hunters West Hampstead. He was always available, willing to show us the property again at short notice, and always at the end of a call with the information we needed. His pleasant manner and dedication to the customer made it a pleasure to deal with him. Chelsea promptly provided all the documentation we needed and was similarly more than willing to provide any information we wanted.

He listened to what I wanted from the property from the start, was very patient and relaxed throughout all the viewings (especially when I was being fussy!) and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. GoogleThey’re not nice people. Simple. I tried to give them a chance and for them to sell my flat but they were 95% slime and 5% competent. They even had the audacity to ask me to sign a blank contract so they could “fill it out later”. Amazing. It is no way surprising that they have manipulated their rating on google with all these ‘5 star’ reviewers who just happen to have only ever written one google review...

If your in the area I recommend specifically speaking to Ben Lazarus who has been an absolute god send, professional, personal and transparent, could not recommend an agent more highly!

GoogleI have met one of the agents Cemal, who was very kind, generous, and helpful while I was signing the contract with the flat. When I had the issue with the entrance key and I got locked inside, Cemal came right a way to help me to open the door. I really appriciated him as I was a little panic at that time. In the last 2 years we had issues with the flat and there were delay in getting service, which some agents weren’t as efficient as we have hoped to be. However, as soon as Chelsea was in charge, it has been amazing towards the end of our tenancy. She was very responsible, quick in replying to our e-mails, and giving us the service that we needed. Thank you.

GoogleExcellent experience in supporting me to find a flat. Even after one fell through, they kept engaging (but not to an extent that it could be deemed harassment), and I found the perfect place. After that, the process was made very smooth by them through their excellent attention, even over the Easter Weekend. Special shout out to Aleksandra Mrkobrada, and Devan Pignatiello for their help, support and calm dealing with all my incessant questions and emails.
