GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Went above and beyond to find us an apartment in a tight spot after another agency accepted our offer and then cancelled with only 2 weeks until our move out date. Highly recommended.

GoogleAfter a number of weeks of flat hunting with various estate agents Hunters West Hampstead were by far the most helpful and professional estate agents we dealt with. They make a conscious effort to find somewhere that matches your criteria and most importantly- budget. The rental market is North West London is very competitive but our agent, made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and was extremely professional. So thank you Hunters!

GoogleCalled these charlatans on Tuesday 1st October as i had decided to invest a very large amount of cash on a buy to let property in Royal Sutton Coldfield where i already have 3 freehold properties and had the funds available ready to buy another without need of mortgage. A very friendly sounding female voice advised me she would get a member of staff to call me back and register my details, Very disappointing with the fact nobody called me back so i used another firm.

GoogleI always try use hunters for my properties, the properties that they manage are always of a high standard. Myself and my partner have always had quick responses from them when we have had issues of any kind. Lisa from the Huddersfield branch has been second to none for her service to us.

GoogleMy experience with the staff at Hunters was disappointing to say the least. Within two days of our offer being accepted and providing proofs of deposit, morgage approval etc. I recieved an email stating that they had recieved another offer and was told I would have to increase my previous offer or loose the sale. No apology given, for the time wasted on my behalf. Buyers beware! Will not be dealing with Hunters again.
Hunters are regulated by law to pass every offer we receive to the Seller. Section 9: of the Property Ombudsman code of practice states: “By Law, you must tell sellers about all offers that you receive at any time until contracts for the sale have been exchanged, within 2 working days of receipt” In this case, another offer was received, and it was passed to the seller, who then, after the offer was financially qualified gave us instructions to accept it in favour of yours, unfortunately this instruction meant that you did not secure the property. We do understand your frustration with this process and the distress this has caused.

GoogleDave and team were brilliant at Hunters, they had buyers lined up before we even started marketing. We sold very quickly and Dave helped us get the best price. During the moving process Kim’s expertise got us over the line with the solicitors and she managed to get us the completion date we wanted. After sales service has been great too, nothing has been too much trouble and I would like to thank everyone at Hunters for making the experience stress free.

GoogleWe gave this company a number of our properties to manage and this was done really badly. They ignored maintenance issues, ignore tenant and did not tell me for 6 months that a tenant had not paid their rent. Just because they have the name Hunters means nothing its just a franchise and anyone and i mean anyone can set up. Hunters Stoke Newington Lettings is set up under Negsa lettings which is not even registered with the property Ombudsman so if you lose your money or if your unhappy they are not covered at all by an official goverment body, so they can just ignore you. No reputable agent would not be with a property Ombudsman and if i had known this before i would have run a mile. You have been warned

You have only 1 review under your account which also shows us this is not a genuine review. You are here to jeopardise our reputation which we built up over many years.

GoogleWe have had our property on the market with Hunters Sutton Coldfield for the last 8 weeks in an effort to move closer to family before our next baby arrives. During that time they have done everything and more to try and help us find a buyer. Proactive, polite, professional and contactable even at weekends - Whilst we weren't successful in selling our property in the short time we had, I highly recommend this team (Faye, Robyn, Jane, Janice, Kimberley) and will definitely go back to Hunters when we want to try and sell our property again.

GoogleI complete to purchase my property at Oakhill road, sutton(SM1 3AA) this month under the assistance of Ms Sarah Schendel in Hunters. She left me deep impression that she is quite responsible and reliable. She can always reply me fastly when I have questions and we got a very good result although there were some obstacles during the process.

GoogleBe aware of this agency! Avoid at any cost! Mr Graham's attitude towards my family over the phone and via emails is very unprofessional and rude. He has treated all of us with not respect at all times as a whole. Graham mocked us three tenants multiple times. Due to issues and errors in Home let system, Mr. Graham Tickner advised Homelet to closed my report on the day three incompleted to my income (data access report) so we had to go with a quadruple deposit, as we were told if not we not getting back our holding fees. The evidence given to the Hunters team, they did not try and back or help their customers. Instead they will go out of their way to tell you they do not care it is your problem. Mouse activities, Ruths, from a day one, gas repair i.e. Not one care will be given by Hunters after you give up your money. I must say though as long as you line their pockets with money they will be very happy and lovely team. Graham expose his self publicly with ridiculous, nonsense comments to our reviews to the set criteria to let by their policy GROSS Incomes !!! See attached. Lack of elementary knowledge. For a year in this tenancy we were charged at two different price list and our holding fee became simply "admin cost", in total of over £1k, incl interest earned at our money?!!! At the ends of our tenancy at 52b Oakhill Road, SM1 3AE, Hunters Rand refuse to schedule an inventory check out. It has proved again their way of manipulation towards tenants. We had to arranged our inspection and pay again at our cost. In their price list applies inventory check out fees of £102, the amount we paid at the begining. At the end we received email that it was free of charge and we actually paid for inventory check in - not listed at the price list! Fraud!!! See attached. Also makes abusive phone calls, some of which are recorded and in an emails. This is making me feel very distressed and anxious. Comments as quoted: "The boat sailed. You need to understand that although Home-let says acceptable (not passed) this does not mean that your son has passed" - Teresa P. , I spend more on my holiday than you earn in a year!!! - Graham Tickner Very poor service at all levels. As a member of Property Ombusman the decision has been made as expected. Quoted "The agent was required under Paragraph 10b, f & g TO carry out in order TO ensure that referencing was properly completed and COULD make an informed decision to the Complainants". "This can only be determinated by a court following a trial. Mr Graham COULD BE more professional" ?! Graham has claimed loss to my complaint and this was dismissed completely! Graham, your comments have nonsense. As you know your agency still holding our money for no reason. Learn to treat people with respect to get this respect in return! My review is based on your service! Funny enough! Make your own assumptions people, avoid them and be happy!!!
Nevena, why do you keep on re-editing your review? This has been looked at by The Property Ombudsman and thrown out, we were cleared in every one of your 'complaints'! You suffered no loss whatsoever and yet you keep on re-editing this proved to be nonsense review. This former tenant went to The Property Ombudsman and every one of her complaints were dismissed completely. We were found to be professional, honest and fair with her in every single way.

GoogleHunters badly managed our property and it was really difficult to get our deposit back. I've never needed to review anyone before but this was so bad I felt I had to. This is a shoddy operation and I would never rent from Hunters again. My flatmates will be complaining as well, it was so awful.

GoogleThanks to all the Lettings team for managing my BTL over the last four years. You guys have always been helpful, responsive and polite what ever the circumstance. Several tenants have come and gone but iv'e stuck with you as the service was second to none.

GoogleI first met Jane, a sales negotiator from Hunters when I booked to view one of their properties. From the moment we met we hit it off and I knew Hunters were the Estate Agents I wanted to sell my property with. All the ladies at Hunters, Sutton Coldfield have been amazing, they have offered great advice and have always been at the end of the phone (even out of hours). I cannot recommend Hunters, Sutton Coldfield enough, I would like to say a massive thanks to Jane and Faye in particular and feel we will always keep in touch xxx
