GoogleCouldn't be better - not one snag throughout - delighted and even enjoyable!....from start to finish. Darren, James, Tommy, Hannah and all the staff were knowledgeable, proactive, prompt and attentive. Nice people. Darren took charge, always willing to help - evening phone calls? No problem. Commission was competitive and well worth it for what was done. Estimate, viewings to completion unbelievably quick. Would I recommend? What do you think...

GoogleI would certainly recommend using the services of Hunters estate agents in Sutton Coldfield, from start to finish they have been amazing. From the moment when Faye visited our property she truly appreciated the property and gave a genuine true valuation of the property, she was extremely helpful and had a great understanding of the market. Then when we met the other members of the team they were also fantastic and asked all of the right questions to understand the property and help with the sale. In particular I would like to thank Jane who was so helpful from start to finish, constantly providing updates and always available on the phone. Thank you again Richard and Nicola Hart

GoogleCame from an internet agent who couldn't get an offer in a couple of months and within 10-12 viewings an offer was accepted. Accompanied viewings helped me manage my time better and they gave me good feedback after viewings.

Thank you Yousif for your review. It is fair to say that we found your tenancy extremely challenging. The property on check out was left in an appalling condition with the landlord having to have the property professionally deep cleaned. The check out report has been provided in support of our claim and you will have the opportunity to dispute our claim against your deposit following the correct procedure. With regards to the WiFi, you have failed to mention that on numerous occasions you failed to allow access to the engineer.

GoogleBooked a house viewing, turned up and they didn’t have the keys, re arranged the viewing for another day in which they didn’t turn up to wouldn’t recommend using them very unprofessional and met with rude customer service

GoogleOne of the rudest estate agents I’ve ever been to, walked in looking to buy and just told to go on Rightmove and not talk to them.
Thank you Koby for your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Whilst I appreciate that there was no one available to sit with you and go through every property for sale, and provide you with a brochure, it was explained that all our available properties could be found on our website, Rightmove or Zoopla plus various others. We also explained how you could manage your search by price, number of bedrooms, postcode etc. We then asked you to contact Hunters again if you found a property that matched your criteria and we would be delighted to arrange a viewing for you. Again, a appreciate that you may be disappointed that you didn't get the service you require but I believe that our star rating demonstrates that we are helpful and provide an excellent service.
