GoogleReally appreciated your hard work & persistence Kirsty with everything and it was because of your suggestion to re-advertise with different pictures that I decided to remain with Hunters and it definitely increased viewings. Good luck in the future and thanks for going above and beyond and answering my questions/emails out of office hours too. I would recommend Hunters Pudsey in the future and found the whole team helpful (Kirsty & Emily in particular)

GoogleThe staff are the rudest agents i have ever dealt with, they treat people like there idiots. You'll go days without hot water or gas and nothing gets done. Will never be using these again.

We can confirm that a contractor was instructed immediately following your report, but failed to get access. They have confirmed that they will attend in the morning as indicated by yourself as your day off work.

GoogleMy experience with hunters could not have been better. Lea’s knowledge of their properties combined with Chloe’s determination and “can-do” attitude was a refreshing change from the normally inept world of letting agency’s.

GoogleWe appointed Hunters Beverley after a disappointing experience with an online estate agency. This was our wisest decision, as Leanne and her team were able to provide great professional advice based on a thorough knowledge of the local market. Leanne was also on hand to advise us on the offers we received, and a price point that would be acceptable to all parties. Thanks to Hunters Beverley, we managed to sell our property and move to our dream new home!

GoogleTerrible company never did any repairs when asked. They say they will turn up and never do. It was really easy to get the property but problems started as soon as we moved In. The office is run by a bunch of crooks who just take our rent and do nothing. In the end we found our landlord who complained on our behalf as hunters were supposed to be managing the property and they continued to badly manage it he took it away from them. It’s interesting that every bad review is answered by Hunters as a ‘fake review’ because who on earth could complain about a bunch of useless people working for this company. Do not go to them there are so many reputable agents in the high street listen to all bad reviews there is a no reason to go there. Our landlord then found it difficult to get our deposit back from them as well as they refused to hand it over. So many problems with this company. AVOID

GoogleHunters is amazing and I recommend them to everyone - I have gone from being terrified of moving out to overflowing with excitement!! I am moving out for the first time and know next to nothing about the process. Hunters has guided me every step of the way and has been incredible at all stages of the process. It started with me finding a property on Rightmove and booking a viewing. I went to see it with one of their agents - William - and was not happy with the place, and thought that was the end of it. A few weeks later, one of their other agents - Hannah - called me asking for feedback on the property. I told her it wouldn't be positive feedback but she wanted to hear it anyway. She then informed me the problems were being addressed and invited me back for another viewing as well as another similar property she thought I might like. I went back and still didn't want the original property, but the other property she found was perfect for me. I asked to put in an application and she e-mailed me the same day with the application form. I filled it in, sent it back, paid the holding fee and received a link to the online portal. The online portal is fantastic and made it super easy to provide them with all the information they needed from me. It has a live chat which helped me when I wasn't sure what I should be entering, and provides a good overview of where you are in the process. I also e-mailed my questions to Hannah directly several times, and always received an answer within an hour or two. Hunters also recommended several companies they work with, and their recommendations have been good so far! I know that I can e-mail Hunters and get a reply quickly, and I know that if I want to talk "now" then I can pick up the phone and speak to someone. The process has kept me very involved and has been very easy. My only worry is that it may have spoilt me when it comes to other companies! Time will tell how Hunters handles any ongoing queries I have with my tenancy, but right now I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I strongly recommend anyone looking to move to give Hunters a try!!!

GoogleI had a good experience buying a property marketed by Hunters, they were accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and showed round one-to-one rather than arranging rushed half-hour slot mass viewing sessions unlike some other agents. Jake was easy to get hold of to arrange surveys and answer queries, and always responded to emails promptly.

GoogleWe used Hunter's to let our property for us and always found Sophie very professional. When we decided to sell the property and used Hunters as our agent. From start to finish Jake kept us fully informed and worked hard to keep the momentum going once a sale was agreed and certainly lessened the stress!! Thank-you!!

GoogleUnprofessional service and unhelpful I rang with a query a couple of weeks before completion and spoke with an advisor called Alison Her lack of interest and Unprofessionalism showed She wasn’t interested in my questions and was very rude over the phone. I found her attitude appalling My friend viewed a property recently with hunters bingley and got the impression they have 0% interest in finding the right buyer for the right property She has since chosen a reputable agent who has happily found her her forever home I will not use Hunters again!!! My advice is spend your money with an estate agent who really wants to help you find the right home and do not waste your time or money with these clowns
