I am about to move in a rented property that is managed by Hunters Estate Agents in Bingley. The application process has been so easy, and both Elisa and Hannah have answered and helped with any queries I have had, both quickly and efficiently. I've really appreciated the time they've taken in helping me to move home.

A pleasure to deal with from the first viewing to collecting the keys. We were first time buyers so didn't know what to expect, these guys were brilliant and helped us through the whole process. Both Robyn and Carol were excellent and we couldn't have asked for more.

I will put this simple. If you want to suffer you can use them. I was renting flat from them for one year and that was the worst flat i ever had in my life. I will put this as short as i can. Leaking pipes under sink next to electricity socket (what electricity socket doing under sink in first place?) took 2-4 weeks to fix after asking for manager number because agents have no interest in this. No interest on electriciy consumption for 1 room flat (i was spending about 120 every month) they just refused to check what is wrong. Boiler was holding how water for only few minutes so if you take shower you need to be extra fast (ignored that as well), walls was getting wet and i was fighting mold with chemicals all winter and they dont care about that eather. This is what i remember when making this review. And on top of that after leawing they decided to charge me from my deposti £290!!! For little bit dirty corners of the room, broken 10x5 cm tile in bathroom that was just split in half and not allowing penetrate water eather way (even tho i can guarantee they didnt changed after i left this flat). As far as i remember i spend about £70 or £90 for paint and tools to fix everything what moist did durring the winter because i never had problem to get my deposit back. But surprise surprise!!!! Lets make some money from our tenant. Of course every agency using some kind of Deposit protecting company so in this case it was DPS. So i contacted them and refused to deduct from deposit any money. An this HUNTERS agency refused to contact DPS back because they knew it they going to loose this case because i had all proof of everything (i dont need to include damage to my health made by mold and moist). So after 4 month I finnaly i got the deal for £30 from my deposit so they can get off my head. I hope they going to bankrupt of what they doing and service like DPS is useless so never ever use them because they cant do anything. You can wait probably for 10 years for your deposit. So that was my experience with this agency. And as far as i know in Bradford agency is the same way because when they rent somethin they collect as many people as they can and you need to wait for one month and you dont know you will get house or not so from 20 people only one guy will get that house. What a nonsense is that? You wait for long time and want to move out but you will find out that you dont fit? Why you cant say that immmediately. I wish i can swear here so i can release full feeling for this agency but it is how it is. And i can guarantee they going to reply here with some kind of nonsense trying to cover theyr actions. I wish i can upload all emails they send me, to make sure they couldn't say anything back and stop brainwashing people with theyr fake reviews from family members. Hunters have made our transition from the US to the UK very smooth. They have been easy to reach and communicate with and have been very reasonable with all the requests we've made. We didn't want to have to move around once we settled into a home for our 3+ year stay and Hunters has made us feel right at home. We'll be happy here during our time in the UK and we're glad Hunters has been here to help.
