Tony I am really sorry you have been unable to get through to our lettings department. Their lines have been really busy due to the volume of applications and someone should come back to you shortly.

GoogleI spoke with a lovely lass named Kiki who helped me with my inquiries in a timely and happy manner. After dealing with a different estate agent all week that has caused nothing but aggro, it was refreshing to speak to someone who understands what they are talking about and actions on the words they give. Although the property I found had already been let, the experience I have had so far with Hunters, I will be checking the rest of their listings first to see if I can find a suitable property as they were spo easy to deal with. GoogleChloe Davis is a brilliant and trustworthy Lettings Negotiator, I can't recommend her enough - knowledgeable, smart, polite and friendly, she was always there to take and return my calls and emails. she took time to understand my brief and helped to consider some excellent prospects that I might have overlooked. She did a top job with giving I and my daughter the best house to live in. I will definitely recommend Chloe Davis and the hunters team.

GoogleI can wholeheartedly recommend Jake and the team at Hunters for selling a house. Jake listened carefully, took my personal situation into account, helped with difficult decisions, and went above and beyond what I imagined an agent would do. GoogleWe're renting a property through these guys and Oliver made sure we knew everything we needed to know beforehand, helped us through the process so we could move in as fast as possible. He always listens to our concerns and when our oven blew he was straight on it as fast as he could. He always has a lovely friendly customer service and I've not had a problem with them

He went out of his way to meet us and show us around, gave us all the info we needed and really helped us on our journey to find a home with great advice and support. GoogleWe recently instructed Hunters to sell our home . David Metcalfe ( Branch Owner) visited us at our home and was extremely knowledgeable about current market trends and what price would be a sensible starting point for a sale. He then instructed a photographer who was fabulous and literally knew exactly how to promote the property at its best. Particulars were written and a glossy brochure produced. In addition to this David's competent sales team started proactively promoting the property to their data base. The result? We had an influx of interest and an agreed sale within 4 weeks. As with all sales, there were some unpredictable difficulties during the process but this actually is where David showed his true professionalism. He followed the sale process through, aided by very competent Tom in the office and we received an absolutely fantastic, personal caring service. I have brought and sold many houses over the years, but can honestly say that the team at Hunters at Yeadon deserve the success they have due to their quite exceptional care and service. If you are considering selling a property in the area I would not hesitate to highly recommend. Moving house is a stressful experience, Hunters recognize this and go the extra mile to ease the process. I wish David and the team a very successful 2020, they deserve it!
