5/5 for Oliver. 1/5 for the customer service provided by Hunters. Putting 3 as the median. Oliver is an absolute benefit to Hunters and has been the only member of the team to show an interest in the issues with the property myself and my partner have lived in. I would not recommend Hunters, however I would certainly recommend Oliver. He has an absolutely fantastic attitude and commercial mindset. Oliver should become a sole trader and give Hunters a run for their money. Keep up the smashing work Oliver! FYI - a lot of these reviews don't add up. There is one below that mentions that they are a first time buyer... but if you click on the reviews they have gave, they have gave a review to another Sheffield based estate agent regarding buying a property 8 months earlier...

I have recently sold my property through Hunters, and their service was A1. From Tom coming out to value my property to Ellie negotiating the sale for us and following it through to completion. The photos that were taken showed the property of to it's full potential. What I particularly liked when dealing with Hunters compared to other agents I've had experience with is that they ALWAYS answer your call and they are knowledgeable enough to answer your query. They don't use call centres which I've noticed other agents doing (including the agent we purchased through which was very frustrating!). A big thank you! Also to mention Julie and Oliver who I've also regularly spoken with, again very helpful.

I went here at a bad time in my life as I needed to was made to feel looked down on the dark haired plump lady made me feel judged b4 I even spoke I ask if they had any flats they could recommend to me was told no as I have a dog 2 days later that same week I found a flat online that accepts dogs went to view n one of the other women who was there that day from the same office showed up to show me around I felt like saying I thought u had no flats available for me this made me feel like as I had left that day they had just thrown my application forms in the bin not nice women at all need to go on a customer service course it's not like I was dressed scruffy or anything but I wasn't wearing makeup MAYBE THAT WAS WHY as u can tell by just looking at some of then u u can tell they love there makeup lol

Well to start with they are not in Huddersfield, they are in Elland although their web site shows them at Huddersfield. You would have thought they would have updated their website by now as they moved in October 2019. We personally found them a difficult company to deal with and refused in the end to work with their outlandish demands. We found other companies far better to deal with. Sorry guys but you need to up your game to compete with other companies offering a much better and person focused service. However the ladies in the office are lovely.
