Due to Covid-19 the sale took longer than expected, but Josh worked from home during the lockdown and eventually found the right buyer. From valuations to marketing each property to closing the sales I could not fault this agency I dealt with leah first who was fantastic kept me up to date every step of the way. GoogleHunters (Handsworth) is an absolute disgrace. If this is a franchise, I sincerely hope Hunters the parent body disowns them. Completely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, incompetent, and likely family run, because these people are unemployable otherwise. Hunters- parent body- please carry out some quality assurance (mystery buyers/ sellers?) of your franchises because places like this wreck your reputation and may well get you sued. If you're selling your house with them, good luck. They won't even forward offers which is legally obligated! Perhaps it's a ploy to make sellers sell to them directly for dirt cheap. GoogleHaving tried 3 different estate agents, we chose Hunters to sell our house as they just seemed the most genuinely interested in getting our house sold for a good price. David was very helpful, friendly and took the time to understand our key priorities and deliver exactly what we wanted. They even offered their premium package with professional photos for no extra charge - and what a result! Within 3 days we had 8 viewings booked, and the second lot of people that came round, offered full asking price. As I was heavily pregnant at the time and we were in the process of moving hundreds of miles, it could have been a very stressful experience, but the Hunters team were absolutely fantastic and made everything as simple and straightforward as you could wish for. I used their recommended conveyancing service with the online portal and despite having no previous experience of handling that sort of thing, I found it very intuitive and easy to use so I knew exactly what was going on at all times.
