GoogleLetting agent was very personable and seemed like she really wanted to let us the property but 3rd party reference company was a mess ! Totally unprofessional and sent out confusing error messages not applicable to our application or requesting information they already had. We walked away from the property due to poor handling of the application .

GoogleOliver Sade has been extremely helpful, professional, and has always came back with a rapid response with any queries. Went the extra mile during these times to get me a video of the property. Would highly recommend to any tenant, the best letting agent I've had the pleasure of working with!

GoogleReuben was fantastic - really transparent, attentive and friendly. In the end we went for a property with another agent but we wouldn't hesitate to work with Reuben and Hunter's again in future.

GoogleDo not rent through this company. I rented a sub standard house from this company. The toilet didnt flush properly, the water didnt drain away in the bath so we had to shower in other peoples bath water, the roof leaked, windows didnt fit well, there were no banisters and my son fell down the stairs and broke his arm which had to be pinned back together. It took months and months and numerous telephone calls and emails for some to be fitted.One delightful lady told me that i wasn't Hunters client, the landlord was their client. It has been the most stressful situation for me and my family. If you are a renter, do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else.

GoogleRecently viewed a house and unfortunately missed out, due to landlord deciding on first applicant, fortunetly for me they changed there mind on the property and instead of remarketing the home I was contacted and asked if I was still interested! Dealt with hannah and been a really smooth and helpful straight forward application, friendly, helpful and approachable about any query I have had. Delighted to say I’m happy I went through Hunters Bingley, been nothing but great🙌🏻

She always goes out of her way to accommodate viewings, arrives on time and calls as soon as she leaves and gives us some feed back and emails later to confirm how it has gone. She has chased new enquiries and keep prospective buyers in the picture. She has on occasions emailed or messaged us in the evening to advise us of a situation or to get information that is needed to gain a sale. When I have emailed Kimberly in the evening expecting a reply the next day she always comes back the same night, nothing is too much trouble. We have moved home about 8 times in our life and have never had such service from any other employee .
