GoogleWe have been so impressed by the team at Hunters Pudsey (particularly Kirsty), they have been so helpful and responsive from start to finish. When the house first went on the market they knew we needed a quick sale and organised a lot of viewings in a short time frame and we had a number of offers within days. GoogleOur experience with Hunters Pudsey has been great, the process has been really easy with them and Kirsty is always there to help with any questions we have had. Although the circumstances at the moment are hard, it hasn't seemed to get in the way of getting great service, can't fault them at all! GoogleGreat service. I sold and purchased properties through Hunters and they were really good. Other reviews have mentioned the 20 week tie in which is a downside if you are wanting flexibility (but this is a corporate decision which the staff can't change). In terms of the staff at the Pudsey branch, they were really helpful. Particularly Kirsty who responded quickly and was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Despite a large workload she remembered personal details which helped build up a good customer relationship. The only other thing to note is that I do believe there isn't enough staff to cope with the workload. Despite Kirsty always responding to our queries quickly (& im so grateful) I did get the impression from others who I spoke with that they were incredibly busy. I do hope Hunters as an organisation address this. Overall though they were really great and I'd use them again. We did have to do some chasing, but I would expect this as they aren't a personal service to us, and they were always really quick to get back to us and always knew the answers. Kirsty also worked really hard to get the house sale and purchase turned around really quickly and I'm very grateful for all her hard work in doing that. GoogleI can't find the words to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction for Hunters estate services. I had arranged to rent an apartment, have paid the deposit 5weeks ago and was told to wait for the tenancy agreement documents. Despite being reassured by Ellie that everything is alright I found out two days ago, after multiple emails and calls,in which they wouldn't respond or would not provide any information, that the apartment is no longer available for letting. Very unprofessional and rude attitude, not even bother to apologise or send me a confirmation email of the cancellation. Still haven't got the refund of the deposit although they've cancelled my letting a week ago without contacting me: no email, no calls,no post,no messages on mailbox. Something really dodgy is probably happening here,requiring legal action. I could only suggest you to stay away from this estate agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hi Maria, We are really sorry to see your dissatisfaction in relation to the property in question. Unfortunately as we mentioned the landlord had a personal emergency come up and needed to use the property for one of his family members which is something completely out of our control. As soon as this was brought to our attention we emailed you from the original email address provided and immediately offered you some alternative options to try and resolve that for you, unfortunately at this point you were using more than one email address which may have caused the miscommunication. The deposit was returned to you in full which I assume you have received since. If you want to speak to us further and clarify any issues you feel you may have we would be more than happy to discuss this with you in the office with Andy the Director. Best Wishes

They were honest and professional throughout the process , prompt in responding to any enquiries and very proactive in ensuring that everything went through smoothly and quickly.
