GoogleJoe is an amazingly responsive agent . He’s gone out of his way in both organising viewings and is very knowledgeable in the S10 market . He’s open and honest when the domain is outside of his expertise ( for example HMO’s ) . He’s gone out of his way to organise valuations for me as well . GoogleAwful estate agents. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. The front garden was a MESS, when we first started the tenancy, we complained many times via email and calling however they never sorted the rubbish and tried to charge us for the rubbish at the end of the tenancy by deducting out of our deposits! Thankfully we had proof that it was a mess before because they tried to claim the house was spotless before we moved in. Rude people and very condescending, DON'T rent for themNegativeProfessionalism
