From the first phone call, to the initial valuation, right through to the viewings & final sale of my home (in less than a week) I cannot fault the service from this team. Josh was the person I dealt with face to face & each visit was pleasant, informative & professional. GoogleI have recently moved into a property rented from Hunters and, so far the service they have offered us has been great. Through no fault of Hunters, unfortunately, there have been multiple issues with the property since the move in day, however, everything is gradually getting sorted thanks to Chloe. Chloe has been lovely throughout the whole process and helped us get everything fixed as quickly as possible and has been on hand and responsive when we've needed assistance. She has always been there to answer calls and responds quickly to emails which has been very helpful as we've needed to get in contact regularly. It was a stressful couple of weeks at the start of the tenancy but Chloe and Hunters have reassured us the whole time and been very attentive with the issues we have had.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleVery disappointing would not recommend, I enquired about a property last week, was told I would be the first to know when viewings are arranged, days later nothing, I emailed them with an offer and still no reply, so decided to call them, whoever I spoke to was unprofessional and rude, he said the property was under offer ??when I explained I had been waiting for them to get back to me he made excuses and said that as I wasn’t a cash buyer I was bottom of the list and that was it, no apology, so for anyone who is looking to sell or buy I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Accounts seem to be worryingly absent. Extremely unprofessional, slow and unresponsive. This has been the narrative from start to finish. GoogleOrganised a viewing and I called them 2 hours in advance and confirmed the viewing was going ahead. When I arrived no one turned up. I tried calling them but they ignored my calls. When I called the branch there was zero accountability and told me there was nothing they could do and refused to give me the details of the person responsible or any manager. Very unprofessional. GoogleI had to take them to court to get 8 months of rent paid to me. They collected the money ftom the tenants and then refused to pay the rent to me making up a list of excuses none of which were valid. I had to ask the tenants to pay the rent directly to me and then then threatened my tenants. I won at court. But you always lose as you pay costs. Don’t go to them for lettings or sales as they are run and owned by the same corrupt person Sam Sharif.NegativeQuality
