GoogleEven one star is way too much! We have been left hanging to view the property and missed few other just to find out couple weeks later on website it was already rented out. Despite my husband's calls, me registering with their agency and their promises to call us back about the property. They might be good, but in wasting people time nothing more. Glad we have had that experience with renting from this estate agency, at least we know we will definitely avoid them to buy our house.

GoogleFriendly and efficient team who were super helpful finding a suitable property. Alfonso and his colleagues were available to chat if needed and provided some really sound advice when searching for a flat to rent. Very positive experience with Hunters all round.

GoogleWe recently used Hunters to sell our home and purchase a new property. Kimberley and Faye were absolutely exceptional, and went above and beyond what we ever expected from an estate agents. Kimberley listened to exactly what we were after in a property, and genuinely found us our dream home. With regards to selling our previous home, they arranged brilliant photos and a great listing, helping our previous property to sell with ease. The team were always on hand to answer any questions we had (and there were many!) and they never made anything feel like it was too much trouble for them. They were so involved throughout the process, and they made what could have been a stressful process, a very easy and straightforward one. If we move again (although I doubt it thanks to Kimberley finding us this house!) we will 100% be doing with Hunters, and would recommend them to everybody!

GoogleShambles. Turned up to the property and couldn’t get in. Had no keys and faffed about for 15 minutes. Finally got entry into the flat, and was taken to the wrong one in the building. Garden flat that we required had already been rented and tried to show us another in the building. Then disputed that this was the one we asked to view! Go elsewhere!

GoogleWe approached Hunters to help us with our property in 2019. Previously we had a private rental and the tenant was a major problem with a number of months rental arrears. Tracey Swift the letting manager, helped us evict the tenant. She ensured that our property passed all the legalities. She also helped us clean and furnish the property as well as finding us a good tenant. This was a real help as we were residing abroad at the time. Our new tenants have recently signed a long term rental and rent has always been paid on time. Throughout the whole process Tracey has been highly professional and very helpful.

GoogleRecently moved into a property managed by Hunters Brentford. I really can't say enough good things about my experience of working with Hunters and with Preeti in particular. She was so helpful and understanding and really took the time to give advice on the best way to go about things, yet being so professional. Moving house can be stressful but I really feel like Preeti did everything she could to help us find our perfect home. Thank you so much for all of your help!

GoogleHunters sold our house this year, and I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional, polite and responsive throughout the whole sale. We got lots of viewings booked, and the house sold quickly. They were great once we got an offer too, they liaised between us and our buyer to keep the sale on track and moving as fast as possible. They were great at chasing solicitors and explaining things to us and making sure to keep the move moving! They also gave us a fab little gift box full of goodies on moving day. Great team, very reasonable fees, very helpful - all good!

GoogleElisa, Justine and their team went way above and beyond the call of duty in quickly finding us a great rental home in a beautiful location and within our budget. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. They worked on their days off, early in the morning and late into the evening to ensure paperwork was ready and that we could move in quickly, and they did it professionally and with grace. I was amazed at their level of service. I can't praise them highly enough.
