We just bought our home through Hunters. We are extremely pleased with the brilliant service provided by Jake and his team. Jake has been very professional, helpful & friendly. Very prompt in responding to calls and emails. We would highly recommend Jake and Hunters !

I've recently sold my property with Hunters and they've been brilliant from start to finish. Jake gave some great advice when we first put the property on the market and navigated us through some unusual times. They really went the extra mile from sale agreed to completion by keeping the pressure on a lengthy chain and picked up the slack when other Harborne estate agents let their clients down. Would definitely use them again.

Very positive experience with this estate agency, we have bought and sold numerous properties through Hunters Hayes & Hunters Hillingdon over the years, from residential, commercial, and development properties. The team at Hunters are always responsive, honest, and open about the buying/selling process. They communicate well throughout, and I have always found them to be extremely helpful.

Tommy and his team have been brilliant in selling my Nan’s house in Hayes. We had a few valuations but felt comfortable with Tommys approach and understanding of our situation. Hunters had the property under offer in a few weeks and even helped us with the clearance which was a relief because we lived out the area. Would highly recommend for a stress free, honest experience.

This is a shout-out to Chelsea Hare! She's been fantastic, after a shaky start with Hunters West Hampstead. Long story short, I had to ask for the original Negotiator to be removed from my case as I refused to deal with him any more. Thank God I got Chelsea instead. She's been patient, sympathetic, and very efficient in negotiating my Tenancy, under quite stressful circumstances. She gives immediate concise responses to my emails, & is very clear and on the ball about the process, and always polite to boot. Chelsea is a credit to Hunters - they should recruit more like her! If it was just down to my experience with her, I would have given 5 stars. But I had to give 3 due to the initial debacle. Not her fault!

2015: Worked with Alex and Anthony to buy a flat in Stoke Newington. They were both professional, respectful and listened carefully. When the right one came up for sale, Alex called us immediately and to arrange a viewing, Anthony gave us some great advice about renovations, and Alex saw us through making an offer and getting it accepted. A very positive experience... 2021: We then sold the same flat with Alex six years later. During the height of COVID madness and the cyber attack on Hackney Council. There were so many instances where it looked light these circumstances were going thwart the sale, but on each occasion Alex came up trumps, remaining calm, taking swift action, and ensuring buyers, solicitors and other parties all collaborated in the way they should. We are so grateful, and, as a result, can absolutely recommend Alex.

Very disappointed with this company, will never use again their services. As a result of their work, we received a claim of over £500 after 1 year living at the property, which is currently in dispute with DPS. Make lots of pictures and videos of the smallest detail in the house (including every screw in the bed frame) and be sure to do the same when you leave. We recommend future tenants to carefully check the electricity costs associated with their properties. Documents were provided by Hunters (nothing illegal done), but it would have been a kind touch to mention that detail, as it has the lowest possible category, costing a fortune to keep warm. If you need to pass any message, I also recommend you mail the full staff members' list to be sure the issues are recorded. Thanks for such a "pleasant lesson", we won't be fooled twice.

Thank you for your review. Please accept my sincere apologies for the what you believe has been a poor level of service that you have received. As you have stated, you will have the full opportunity to dispute the claim against your deposit. Our inventories and check out reports are carried out by a third party company to ensure impartiality. However you were fully aware of our claim, kitchen clean including oven, replace broken bed, remove blue tack on the dividing doors and repaint. With regards to your energy bills, the landlord nor the agent can be held responsible for a tenants usage or tariff. The EPC was included in the marketing material and your move in pack.

I chose Hunters firstly because the representative who visited my property initially was knowledgeable about the area that I lived in and I felt confident that they would sell my property, and secondly, the price which I thought was extremely reasonable. One of the main things that I personally found reassuring, was that I had the same Estate Agent representative, Josh throughout my sale. This was so very important because he got to know my property and me and therefore I didn’t feel I had to repeat myself constantly if a different agent each time were to conduct a viewing. Josh kept me posted at all times on how things were proceeding and was a joy to work with.
