I’ve tried to book a viewing on a property recently listed and explained that I am in a good position to proceed but have had no response. I’ve called to see why my viewing has not been arranged or why they haven’t been in contact with me but no adequate response. If only vendors were aware that buyers like me are actively looking to make a purchase but these guys can’t be bothered to arrange a viewing or get back in touch with clients. Kimberley and Faye are fantastic, they helped us find our dream home, and when we asked questions they responded quickly. The reason I’ve dropped a star is because we went with their recommended conveyancers - hunters Conveyancing - and they were not great! Although this isn’t the branch’s fault, it’s still associated to the brand and so reflects on them.
