I have used Hunters for the first time to let out my property and have found them very professional and effective. Having not ventured into being a landlord before, Hunters put me at ease in terms of doing their compressive searches on prospective tenants, arranging viewings and keeping me updated on progress. I was amazed at how many viewings took place and the speed at which the tenants were referenced and chosen. Both Vik and Preeti have been brilliant in managing this all the way through and I have full confidence that this service will carry on whilst they provide the full management of the property. Preeti has provided an excellent level of service and always responded to my messages and queries (even after office hours). In middle of this Covid pandemic, I had to shift to Liverpool from India. I was extremely apprehensive about the prospect of renting out a place where entire process was online. I had lots of doubts and insignificant queries, all of which were answered patiently and clearly by Holly. An online viewing was arranged, and once I agreed, they held the property till one of my friends could do the viewing as well. Once the process started Chloe was a lifesaver, every email and call were rapidly and clearly answered, my requests were considered and acted upon swiftly. Have my property on the market with them. Poor communication from day 1, don’t return phone calls, more often than not no answer at the office, inconsistencies with agents dealing with it.
