With our tenancy coming to an end and having a newborn at home, during this difficult times, Matteo went above and beyond to ensure smooth viewings. He was very organised and punctual on his appointments and gave us heads up in advance. He was extra cautious and kept all Safety measurements on spot on every single visit. Thanks Matteo!

I just bought my first property through Max Gourgey of Hunters (West Hampstead branch). The process was tedious and relatively complex at times (conveyance issues), but we sailed through them all smoothly with an absolute diligence and high quality supervision of Max. Max is not a common agent you see out there everyday folks. He is an honest, patient, well informed and truly professional agent. We are just completing our first property purchase. Working with Hunters West Hampstead (and Jaison Vyas in particular) was great. He was completely on top of it, by far the best estate agent we have come across. He was professional, gave very good advice and there to help through every stage of the purchase. Hunters was the only place where we managed to find a last minute dream apartment in the area we wanted to live in, and I have to thank Alfonso for being so welcoming and efficient with setting up a viewing the very next day we entered the agency. He has always answered our questions, and we have always felt very looked after, as if our worries and needs are important to both Alfonso and the company as a whole. Very good experience so far!
