We cannot fault the service from Hunters. We bought our first property from them nearly 8 years ago and are now using them to help rent and manage that property, due to us relocating. All the staff are great but a particular mention goes to Jay. He has worked so hard, is always so professional and extremely helpful. We have felt really grateful to have his expertise and dedication in supporting us in becoming landlords for the first time.

Our house purchase has been challenging, a leasehold house but complete in freehold. We have been experiencing many unexpected issues during the process, and are glad to have Carly. She was always responsive, and extremely efficient. EVERYTIME, she listens to me PATIENTLY, and takes action IMMEDIATELY. Without Carly, I can't imagine how much longer it will take to complete. The solicitors, you know it! Highly recommended this branch, no matter you want to sell or buy a property, Carly will give you a wonderful experience for sure.

What can I say.... Hunters was the agent of the house we were buying and they were incredible: we built an amazing relationship and they did everything in their power to help us and they weren't even our Agents. Cannot thank Hunters enough for everything they did with the sale of our house. From the second David came to do our valuation, we knew that Hunters was the agent for us. Professional, friendly and reassuring - exactly what you need when selling a house for the first time in over 40 years! David’s explanation of the process put us at ease and the quality of the photos he took for the advert we’re impressive. We also can’t thank James enough for all of his advice and support along the way. James helped to take a lot of the stress out of selling the house and was always willing to answer a phone call for even the simplest of questions. Not only was he knowledgeable and supportive, we had complete confidence in him when showing prospective buyers around the house. He really did ‘sell’ the house for us. Overall, we are extremely impressed with the level of service we received and would wholeheartedly recommend Hunters Sutton Coldfield to others.

All staff were extremely helpful from start to finish, explained everything in detail, always available to answer any questions we had and great response times via email - even called us with any updates on our application which made the whole process that less stressful, All staff at the Bingley branch great but again huge thank you to Elisa! Lovely and polite member of the team ☺️ who I would like to personally thank! Can’t recommend highly enough 😊
