Bought our house using Hunters in Hayes and they were great and helpful throughout the process. Tommy was our initial contact and then Darren took over from the point of agreeing the sale and I found them both to be approachable, honest and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy. Tommy was excellent and Darren was generous with his time whenever we needed him, as the mortgage process took long and we had to call him often. As the property we purchased was for buy-to-let we chose Hunters Hayes Estate Agents to rent our property, as we found them to be professional, efficient and knowledgable about the area. We were helped by Tommy who was super helpful with the rental valuation and finding us the right tenant and for the most part by Sofia. She is excellent and is very responsive who is always willing to answer any queries. She made the whole process easy! Highly recommend Hunters Hayes and in particular Tommy to find you the right property and if needed the right tenant for your property!

I wish I had of used Hunters Estate Agents on my previous move which would of removed a tonne of stress, which this time around seems to be non existant. Helen, I have to say that yourself and the whole team have been absolutely priceless in helping me through a stress free journey. From our first conversation and booking visits even when I had to call at the last minute to rearrange a time, you were so understandin as you knew my health conditions couldn’t handle stress related issues. Arriving on your first and subsequent visits on time, when you came to take photos and record the 360 degree videos of the rooms, waiting so patiently whilst I moved contents around and suggesting that I slow down was so reassuring for my heart failure Even when I had the pleasure of meeting all of the team when I needed to sign some paperwork which was also so seamless when I popped into your offices as I was passing, the warmth from everyone tied in with the response that Ive had when Ive needed to phone, such a pleasure to actually get real people answering the phone lines and resolving my questions with such a happy atmosphere and nothing seems to much trouble and there really isn’t such a thing as a stupid question. Everyones professionalism, politeness, understanding and speed at which issues are dealt with are exactly what house moving should be always about and not the kind of stress that I experienced on my last move many years ago, which is what I was dreading this time around, but Helen I seriously can’t thank you and all of your team enough, you’re doing your upmost best to make this journey as stress free as I could ever wish for. I was in need of accommodation. I found a very beautiful attractive property near to where I live which made me more interested in this property. I would say I fell in love from the moment I had a view. where I met Ray who is the property manager. After viewing, I was called within thirty minutes afterwards that the property has been taken. I actually felt bad, and I moved on. Then, two weeks after I got a call back from Ray, that this same property is back in market that something went wrong along the reference verification and they decided not to go ahead with the guy again. Immediately my details was taken, and all necessary documentations followed. Within few days, Ray called me to come and have the keys to the property after all the reference verification has been done and I appreciated his sincerity and integrity as he was sincere from the start of my hunting by calling immediately that the property was taken, unlike others that will stress the day life out of you. Well done! Ray and thank you once again for been so sincere and straight forward.

I found my new home and it wasn't actually a property through Hunters; but their customer service was excellent on my search. Studio flat hunting in London can be daunting but they made the process very easy. Clear communication. Very helpful. Honest about the property market and helpful with the negotiation process. They also cared about me finding the right fit of a property whether it was with them or not. They know how to work on behalf of both the landlords and prospective tenants interests in fair way. Pawel and Mike were very pleasant and easy to speak to. Reliable and quick to communicate. I would certainly go back to Hunters in the future.
