GoogleInitially Hunters were fantastic, and I could not recomment them enough. However 4 fallen through sales later I had to make the difficult decision to change Estate Agents.
Hi Gilly Thanks for the review and I'm really sorry that we weren't able to get this one over the line for you. As you know the first sale fell through because of an adverse survey on the property however the other offers were never finalised. As advised in this climate we ensure that a buyer is a position to proceed with the purchase before marking the property as 'Sold Subject to Contract' to protect you as our vendor and make sure that no marketing time is lost. This involves checking deposit funds, mortgage in principle, proof of earnings and when necessary, a credit score. The three other people who expressed an interest in buying the property were unfortunately unable to meet these buying criteria so to the open market the house had still only fallen through just the once. In total we conducted 53 viewings on the house and despite some rotten luck we were absolutely committed to getting it sold for you. As a NO SALE NO FEE agent the work that we have done didn't cost you a penny though which i hope offers some consolation. I do wish you the very best in getting the house sold but i have no doubt that we would have got there in the end for you. Best wishes, David.

GoogleHunters are acting for us both in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. Myself and my husband have had the pleasure of dealing with four staff, Lee, Emma, Kirsty and Jenny. Lee valued our house and was very easy to get on with, then later very professional on the phone. Jenny does the accompanied viewings. I suffer from anxiety. We had 13 viewings on our property, 7 on the same day more or less one after the other! Jenny was instrumental in keeping me calm during what would have been an ordeal without her and I can't thank her enough. Our house sold in 6 days. I get regular reports from Kirsty as to where we are in the process. I haven't moved for 35 years and find her very patient and informative. Emma stood in for Lee when he was on holiday and her enthusiasm and positivity is infectious. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters. The staff are all lovely and no matter who you speak to they are all up to date on your property matters. Extremely important. I truly cannot fault the staff. GoogleI am very lucky to have bought my house through Hunters harborne. They were very responsive and made the entire process easier from the viewing of the house to completion. Andy and Jake and the wonderful Sophie are a splendid team. They kept me informed every step of the way and they interfaced with the solicitors quite often when they were hard to get to. The mortgage adviser they recommended was very proactive and helped us choose the best mortgage for us. When we changed the duration of mortgage from 5yrs to 2years, they fixed it quite effortlessly. The member of staff which significantly stands out the most is Demi. My whole time communicating with Demi she has always been reliable, responsive and professional. Always an pleasure to speak to and takes her time to get an understanding of what her clients are looking for and goes the extra mile to be as supportive as she can. My first point of contact was Darren, he was helpful and kept in contact with me throughout. After purchase I then refurbed the property and Tommy helpfully came out and did a valuation. Overall the team were helpful and I would recommended them.
