GoogleI just got scammed by Sofia Made me wait a week and then she said you’re not accepted because they didn’t confirm you are working then she said we spoke to your manager how can you not be confirmed when you spoke to the manager she scammed me for £300 she waited. She probably waited till she confirmed someone that she can get in the property and she scammed me for £300 . She said we’ve spoken to your managers so if she spoken to my manager is how can I be not confirmed working hunters are a scam they have scammed me for £300 it’s either they are the scam and they’re happy to work like this or their workers are a scam. All of our prospective tenants are comprehensively referenced using a 3rd party provider and once they have provided their findings to us, we then make a decision as to whether to move forward. In this instance, you provided false information which led to us not returning your holding deposit, as per the Landlords right when misleading information is provided. GoogleExceptional dedication and service from Hunters Hayes, especially from Tommy and Darren. I had Tommy value the house and stressed the urgency needed due to the stamp duty holiday; he had it on the market within a couple of days and then sold it within another couple of days. His valuation was absolutely spot on and up to date with the market. From that point Darren dealt with the boring bit and made sure my sale and purchase (which was also with Hunters) happened in time, and he also recommended a great solicitor to use. You're always better off going for a quality agent that will get you the right price for your property and provide a great service and Hunters Hayes definitely ticks those boxes.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Tommy was our initial contact and then Darren took over from the point of agreeing the sale and I found them both to be approachable, honest and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to move into. Tommy was excellent in marketing our property and Darren was generous with his time whenever I needed advice generally about the properties I was looking to buy even through other agents.
