Have just bought my first London shared ownership flat, sold by Hunters. My experience as a buyer was nothing but positive from start to finish. We were shown the property by Steve, who was calm, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome, as well as keeping me up to date on the offer. Saphire was then our main agent and was absolutely brilliant - great at communications and sped the process along with solicitors and I felt very informed and supported in the process. Thank you Saphire! Then since, the Stoke Newington office staff, notably Matteo, have been very friendly and helpful post completion. Seems to be a team of people who are good at what they do and look after their clients :)

We had an amazing experience selling our property with Hunters. From the valuation from Tommy where he kept realistic and didnt throw out unachievable figures and his understanding of the local market set him apart from the other agents we had round. Demi was brilliant in booking in alot of viewings and getting an offer we accepted within a week and a half. Then Darren was brilliant at progressing our sale to ensure our sale completed within 2 months. All in all a fantastic team and would definitely recommend to anyone selling their property.

Working with Ella has been refreshing! A lot of estate agents are slow and don't go the extra mile. However Ella has always provided us a truly amazing experience from the start to finish. Wasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!
