I would highly recommend Hunter Estate Agent. Who helped us sell our flat. We all knew how difficult and hard to sell a flat now adays, let alone is a high rise building. I would personally recommend Jabjeet one of the estate agent who assist us sell our flat. Who is a very professional, responsive and attentive to details. His skills and hard working & enthusiastic attitude helped us find a buyer and deliver What we are expecting and more. I highly recommend him because he is focus to meet the clients expectations and within the time frame deadline. He is driven and passionate to his profession. I recommend Hunter's Abbey Wood estate agency highly! From start to finish their communication with us and the buyers was amazing and nothing was too much to for them. Unfortunately, our sale fell through due to buyers pulling out last minute and the estate agency managed to resell our house the next day due to their efficiency. They then managed to move the next sale along quickly for us. Special thank you to Sami and Helen who were fantastic throughout. I can not recommend Hunters, highly enough. Lavinia, was our sale manager her confidence & knowledge of the market & the local area was 2nd to none. She organised viewings even before the house was on their site, within an hour or 2 of leaving our house she had 11 bookings to view our property, which she said she would be able do. We needed a quick sale, Livinia said she'd have it sold within the week, it actually took less than 1 day & we got the full asking price, which she also told us we'd get. All her advice & her predictions were 100% spot on. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the other members staff at Hunters as everyone I spoke to was superb. Lavinia, explained why she worked for Hunters & what a great estate agent they were, she stressed what a great team she worked with & that was very evident. In summary Hunters were ultra professional & clearly a team that are very proud of their achievements. I wouldn't use any other Estate Agent full 5 Stars from me big well done to all at Hunters👏👏👏
