GoogleHunters were very quick to arrange a viewing of my newly-advertised purchase property and I was thus able to be the first to put in an offer and have it accepted. The sale of my property also happened quickly with a well-organised scheduling of several potential buyers over the period of a couple of days, immediately after my home went on the market. Although the transactions took a good 6 months , I was kept well informed of the latest developments with both my sale and purchase. Once Carly took charge of my affairs, exchange of contracts and completion were finalised very swiftly, due to her diligence and eagerness to tie up loose ends within the chain as well as with law firms. GoogleI was buying a property with Hunters and everything went smooth from their end. They were easy to approach and helped me a lot with communication with the client. I want personally say thank you Carly for piloting my case personally. Carly helped with communicating with the client and their end solicitors, as at some point it was really needed. I cannot imagine this process to finish without Carly dedication. She took it very personally and Hunters are very lucky to have her in the team. Also, Hunters were easy approachable with handling this sales process. Anytime I wanted to see the property, they managed to set this up with the client. They had a good level of knowledge about the property and if they're unable to answer on viewing, they responded to me quickly either by email or phone. GoogleI was on my way out with my young baby and realised I had forgot my door key inside. My partner who was at work called hunters estate agent and Ray came out with a spare key and let me in. Whilst I was waiting my brand new washing machine had arrived and left outside my flat. Ray was kind enough to move my washing machine inside my house too. Exceptional Service. GoogleExcellent service and very professional I met ‘Hunters Abbey Wood - Estate and Letting Agents’ for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised with the kind of customer service provided and it was beyond imagination. GoogleHunters were brilliant from start to finish in my house move. Amy Buckley was my estate agent and I can't recommend her highly enough. From putting my house on the market, putting me onto the house I bought and holding everything together through two sales falling through she was amazing all the way through. She liaised with my buyers, my vendor, everyone's solicitor and myself and really went above and beyond to keep things on track despite many problems along the way! I have no doubt the only reason I'm in my new house now is through Amy's hard work and determination. Somehow she maintained her enthusiasm and stuck with me through setback after setback, during covid, to get the sale and purchase done and I am so grateful. GoogleWe rent with the agency and although when we first signed on we never had any problems, since re-signing and staying on for another tenancy at the same property the agency have been naff. We didn’t receive any contact about the new tenancy until after it started, and the communication regarding deposits has been poor.
