GoogleIi you're looking to sell your house in or around Whaley Bridge, I would definitely recommend Gascoigne Halman. The whole team are very professional and the communication was first class, especially from Emma..... even when the news wasn't the best! They helped me through the whole business of selling my house and helped reduce the stress involved.

GoogleI moved from Poynton recently, and despite some major setbacks along the way the experience was an overwhelmingly positive one. The team were fantastic. I dealt mainly with Jo and Lucy. They were both amazing, and I felt in safe, capable hands throughout the moving process. They put a huge amount of effort into a complicated sale, and I can't praise them highly enough.

GoogleIt has been along slog but we got there in the end. I want to thank all the staff at Gascoigne Halman- Lymm Branch. From Andrew the manager who initially valued my house and gave me some really good advice and all the lovely sales staff. I think all of them have been in my house showing potential buyers around. The staff care about you and are genuinely invested in selling your house for the best realistic price. We did have some hiccups- I lost a buyer because they lost their buyer so I had to move on and the staff helped with their positive comments & feedback. Sam has been the chief negotiator in the latter stages and want to thank her for her reassurance and professionalism. Sarah always has a great smile and Debbie showed me around the house I purchased and did some negotiating on my behalf and kept me up to date. Thank you all so much :) Jo

GoogleGascoignes found a buyer for our house in a reasonably timely manner in a market that was active but not hot. Following the agreement to purchase they were very efficient and, despite the usual perverse questions from buyer's solicitor, we managed to move to exchange and then completion in a decent timescale. Overall we were very pleased with the support that we received from Joe and his team.

Their excellent customer focus and friendly manner have made the most stressful times manageable. We certainly couldn't recommend them enough, especially given the depth of their knowledge of the local East Cheshire area. She has been fantastic from start to finish, always professional and stepping in when needed to smooth things between buyers, sellers and solicitors!
