GooglePauline renew my tenancy contract for this year. She send me an email as a reminder with the conditions before the deadline and followed it up. When I knew that my tenant agreed to renew the contract I send an email. It didn’t take her more than 10 mnts to respond me with my contract. Pauline is efficient, very professional person with excellent customer services .

GoogleI enthusiastically recommend using Gascoigne Halman - and specifically Matthew Follet - for all your mortgage services! Buying our first property, during a time of sky high mortgage rates and instability, we needed someone exactly like Matt. Patient, reliable, thoughtful and knowledgeable, he guided us through the application process with nothing but our best interests at heart. After securing a mortgage offer, Matt noticed the market rate had dropped considerably, calling us with the news and advising we reapply. This move alone saved us thousands! This stressful process was made 1000% smoother because of Matt. You need a Matt. He's an asset to his company, and if you, or anyone you know, is indeed of a mortgage broker, call Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow and thank me later.

GoogleHad a viewing booked in with them, nobody called to inform us the house had been sold. We turned up and homeowner was shocked to see us outside as it was no longer on the market. Called gascoigne halman to seek an explanation and no answer, left a message and no answer. We also emailed in to raise this as an issue and have been ignored again. Incredibly shocking customer service, will not be dealing with them again.

GoogleWe worked with Georgia, who was brilliant. We were moving from Manchester and our completion date was delayed due to our buyer's finance issues. We were received limited updates from the agency looking after our sale, and Georgia was actually the driving force in pushing everything through. It was a stressful time, but I felt reassured by Georgia's professionalism, drive and determination. I don't plan to move again in a hurry, but when I do I'd be happy to work with Georgia and the team.

GoogleCouldn’t fault the team from start to finish. Photos were lovely and they found us the right buyers as we were looking to move quickly. Sold the house on the 1st viewing! Vickie was exceptional from that point onwards making phone call after phone call to progress the sale. She is a credit to the company!

I wish I could give this letting agency zero stars. They have completely breached our contract and shown a total lack of professionalism. Upon moving in, the house was absolutely filthy, with rubbish in back garden. The state of the property was uninhabitable, clearly, no cleaning had been done. On top of that, broken window and door glass was shattered, posing a serious safety risk.

GoogleI never thought selling a house could be so pleasant. Loraine and Emma could not have been more helpful, always smiling and pleasant, never losing it when I certainly would have done. If you are selling a house in Whaley Bridge you could not do better than the Gascoigne Halman team at Whaley Bridge. Many thanks, Peter and Ruti Worrall
