GoogleI was very impressed with the whole process. Aimee at the Prestbury branch was very helpful, charming and honest with me. She chased up the sellers to speed things up and kept in contact during the process. She’s an asset to the company. Would definitely recommend.

As first time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process but Anna guided us with remarkable ease and made it feel so simple. Anna was always contactable to answer any queries which we had. We cannot recommend her and Gacoigne’s services enough!

GoogleJames and the team at Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow did an outstanding job selling our home. It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. A brilliant sale and best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with.

They were highly professional, knowledgeable about the local market, and provided a realistic valuation from the outset. Will was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us regularly updated and responding quickly to any questions we had. On the occasions when Will was unavailable, Sharon stepped in seamlessly and was fully up to speed with every detail, meaning we never had to repeat ourselves. I couldn't recommend Gascoigne Halman highly enough. Their excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

They did a fantastic job of keeping both the seller and me informed, helping communication between both sides and fostering a really positive relationship throughout the transaction. GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Gascoigne did an excellent advertisement for our house and we went live on rightmove literally in a week. They managed whole end to end process really well. They found a serious buyer for our house within 6 weeks The whole team ( Dan, Hollie, Charlie )at Gascoigne are very professional and efficient. I would use their service again and would highly recommend them to anyone .

GoogleUnfortunately, our experience with the Didsbury branch has been disappointing. Communication was particularly poor, with calls and emails to Regan and Sarah frequently going unanswered. More concerningly, we were advised that a property was no longer available, but subsequently became aware that viewings were still taking place with other prospective tenants. This left us questioning whether all applicants were being treated consistently and fairly. We would expect any letting agent to deal with prospective tenants transparently and professionally. Based on our own experience, we did not feel that standard was met and, regrettably, we would not recommend this branch.
