James and the team at Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow did an outstanding job selling our home. It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. My wife and I have been using Gascoigne Hallman in both Bramhall and Wilmslow for buying and selling properties over twenty years. We have also rented a few properties using their management services. All the staff are friendly, positive and very professional. Heather, Jan and Michelle on the rental side have been super and have been so supportive. The team at Gascoigne were always professional, supportive and friendly, from the initial meeting with James, the photographs and listing with Tom's support, through to Isla negotiating the sale for us. We can't recommend Nicola enough - she was extremely responsive and proactive in keeping us informed, communicating updates and answering our many queries.
