GoogleI had a great experience with Robynn Ebbutt at Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow. She genuinely went above and beyond to help me secure a rental property and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. Her support, responsiveness and attention to detail were really appreciated, and it made such a difference during what can often be a stressful time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

GooglePauline renew my tenancy contract for this year. She send me an email as a reminder with the conditions before the deadline and followed it up. When I knew that my tenant agreed to renew the contract I send an email. It didn’t take her more than 10 mnts to respond me with my contract. Pauline is efficient, very professional person with excellent customer services .

GoogleWhen it came to selling my father's house, I was given the names of 3 local agents by friends and neighbours. Since I did not live locally, I did not know much about any of them, and had to be guided by their initial reaction to my enquiry. After some deliberation, and delays due to Covid and then the legal process, I decided on GH, who I had found to be the most helpful, and approachable and understanding of the situation, without being to pushy, they kept in touch, and abreast of our progress. When I was finally in a position to put the house on the market, all the communication was done by phone and email. At all times I found them very helpful and prompt in replying to my messages, no matter who I spoke to in the office. They kept me informed of who was visiting the property, and when, gave regular feedback. When there was a minor issue, they proved to be very proactive in helping move things along. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending GH based on my experience. Marcus and the team- many thanks. you were brilliant.

They handled the whole process with such care and detail and made it feel stress free. Communication was excellent. GoogleWe recently sold our house with Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow and quite honestly, working with them was the easiest and most enjoyable part of the entire process. From the moment Tom came round to give us a valuation (there's a reason he's known as "Lovely Tom" in our household!) to the moment we handed our keys over on moving day, the whole team was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. Nothing was ever too much trouble and no question too big, small or silly. We can't recommended them highly enough.

A special thanks to the inimitable and charismatic James Mosedale, the highly competent Tom Slater and most especially; the wonderfully professional Nicky Coppock who has hand held and communicated so well through every step of the sales process and kept me and the rest of the chain informed, even with all its ups and downs along the way. We got there and I’m just delighted - thank you all so much. Thanks to everyone else who’s been involved with the sale, namely Isla, Sue and Jeanette - apologies if I’ve missed anyone off. Thanks again you’ve all been brilliant and you know I’ll be back for the next time I need to sell my house.
