Gascoigne Halman dealt with the sale of our house recently. The service was excellent - from the initial contact through to completion. Communication was very good throughout and I was always informed of any viewings and feedback. Once an offer was accepted, the team kept me updated with the progress of the sale and expected completion dates. They alleviated some of the stresses of selling the property. The team were professional and courteous at all times. Good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agency.

Gascoigne Halman provided an exceptional service when selling our family home in Wilmslow. They were extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and local area and provided us with excellent advice. All the staff were approachable, professional and flexible. I am unsure where to start, the biggest thing I want to say is a massive thank you to all. I can't tell you how many times I have mentioned to my friends and colleagues how fantastic Lucy, James, Zoe and all the people involved in my dads move have been. They really have gone above and beyond. Anything we weren't sure of they helped with, they helped fill in forms for the solicitors and even posted them. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re reading these reviews to make your final decision of who to instruct to get your house sold quickly and fairly. Then just pick up the phone to Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow. We sold our house with the team after a crazy experience with another apparently, high profile agent in the SK9 area. After this experience we just wanted honest, sound advice and this is exactly what we received. Even before we launched the property we had people waiting to view, which is testament to their tireless work to build a list of buyers who actually want to buy your house rather than just dream what it could be like. All the potential buyers had been vetted so neither Gascoigne or ourselves were wasting our time with pointless viewings. A brilliant experience and would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Some say that Estate Agents now do little to earn their commission. This was not true about Joe, who proactively marketed our late father’s house and rapidly found suitable buyers. He was understanding and helpful with the delays due to difficulties in obtaining probate. He willingly provided help by attending in person to let people into the house when we were not able to be there and making sure that in was secure.

I have just sold my house in Styal. Wilmslow using the fabulous team at Gascoigne Halman, Wilmslow. From the beginning when we asked 3 agents to appraise our property, we absolutely loved the clarity and focus Markus Jolleys showed, giving us total confidence that he and his team could sell our house with total support and professionalism. It went to market and sold within 7 days in July 2022. Then for the ensuring weeks, Lucy gave us complete support and was always following up everything, chasing the various parties involved and she always 'had our back'.
