GoogleWe had an ongoing leak for our whole tenancy (over 12 months) which created mould issues. This was reported many times only to have no one come out. They only "fixed" the issue after we had let them know we had moved out because they had to take marketing photos and do viewings. Then, at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge us for damages their contractor had done after we had left the property. They fail to get back to you unless you give them a deadline, they have ignored requests for mandatory documentation such as deposit certificates and prescribed information, they have failed to give tenants notice on multiple occasions and finally they have broken GDPR regulations as well. The staff were friendly when speaking to them, but sadly I cannot give the company a higher review due to our experience.

Terrible experience with this company. Had to fight for my deposit which they made unnecessarily difficult. They supported a landlord who said the property was uninhabitable when the independent check out report confirmed as 'good'. 6 months to get deposit back from TDS who awarded us £2,500 of the deposit and the landlord £100 after he tried to claim for £4500! Would never use this company again, avoid!

Throughout the entire process Dev has kept us fully up to date with progress and offered us very useful and practical advice. Whenever we needed to revisit the property between our offer and exchange of contracts he has been most accommodating. Dev has been very active in keeping the process moving, contacting various solicitors and estate agents involved and pushing for progress when issues were slowing things down. I would say that Dev worked very hard and effectively to progress not only our purchase but our sale as well, he was far more active than our own selling agent. I would thoroughly recommend the services of Gascoigne Halman and especially Dev who had been an absolute star.
