GoogleMy experience of selling a house and buying a bungalow with Gascoigne Halman was much less daunting than first envisaged. Steph the manager of the branch in Holmes Chapel was professional and helpful in giving advice, initially with much of the paperwork at the start and then always being there for us throughout the sale. Her entire team were also extremely helpful with in-depth explanations when answering questions whilst ensuring we fully understood what we were doing and why it was necessary. Finally with Steph's knowledge and understanding it made for us as a family a smooth transaction even in the face of difficulties A very helpful and professional service that I would recommend to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property. GoogleI've just completed on the sale of my property with Gascoigne Halman and I can highly recommend their service. John is an excellent, experienced branch manager, a safe pair of hands with a real understanding of the market. I dealt with Chloe day to day and she is a brilliant, knowledgable point of contact. The sale wasn't straightforward but she kept things on track, an excellent communicator making sure the sale remained on track through some bumps in the road. The team provided an excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleRegan is great and has made my experience of renting my house out such an easy process. She really knows the housing market and does her research she came to me with what other houses were going for in the area and what past houses similar to mine went for which made me very confident to go with her. I managed to get my house rented quickly at a much higher price than what other estate agents gave!

Extremely poor customer service. No communication and appear to also be quite judgmental towards single parents. I am still waiting for them to call me back but regardless of weather they do or not, i definitely won’t be letting a property through them.

RUDE! I sent a polite enquiry through regards a property and received a 1 liner reply....no hello, thanks, nothing. If that's how you speak with potential clients, then you don't deserve clients to have!! Disgusting customer service.
