GoogleFantastic service from initial enquiry to moving into my new rental property. Sarah showed me round the property and was very knowledgeable about the property and local area as well as being supportive about my current situation. I was then passed across to Dan who was equally professional, efficient and friendly throughout the process of renting. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gascoigne Halman to friends and family.

GoogleHighly recommend with the best warm and friendly welcome in Altrincham!! The communication with Gascoigne halman was excellent and I appreciate their dedication providing the best service ever. Chris who dealt with us finding our first house to rent, went above and beyond every expectation, Very kind, helpful and willing to respond at any doubt every time we went there!! All the team along with Chris and katie is Incredible efficient, clearly and professional throughout the entire renting process. Strongly recommended and you won't regret it!!!!!!

GoogleWe've just sold using Gascoigne Halman in Altrincham. Rob gave us the best advice and a realistic price to list. His photography was on point and we were able to do all our viewings on one day, receiving an asking price offer that same day. Kate then handled the rest of the process, and despite it being rather difficult and very drawn out, she was professional, chased up the slow chain and remained calm when we needed it most. We've now moved out of the area but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Thank you again!

GoogleWe received excellent service from from the Chapel-en-le -Frith office, especially Amanda and Peter. This was particularly useful because they bridged a communication gap between the buyer's and our solicitors, who often took far to respond and act towards prompt completion, to the frustration of both parties. This required a professional and balanced approach and Amanda in particular excels at this. Being remote from the area, it was vital we had easy and fast contact with the office and and by phone or email this was a strong element of the service. I certainly recommend Gascoigne Halman for property sale and rental management.

She has assisted with communications between the seller, solicitors and us during what has been a really stressful time. Amanda has gone over and above what an estate agent would normally do just to get this sale over the line. I’m sure I would have given up months ago if it wasn’t for her.

GooglePauline renew my tenancy contract for this year. She send me an email as a reminder with the conditions before the deadline and followed it up. When I knew that my tenant agreed to renew the contract I send an email. It didn’t take her more than 10 mnts to respond me with my contract. Pauline is efficient, very professional person with excellent customer services .
