Absolutely excellent from start to finish of the house sale - one local agent kept phoning to see if we 'had come to a decision to market the property' which lost them any business, whereas GH did the visit to see the place and then said they'd leave us alone and it was up to us to give it the go-ahead or not. No pestering - excellent. Once we gave them the thumbs-up we had a string of viewers within days, and eventually exceeded the guide price by a small margin which suggests the guide price was accurate too. The staff at Gascoigne Halman were always on hand and worked brilliantly, especially Georgia who made sure everyone was kept in touch with any and all news and developments as things progressed, resulting in a sale a fortnight before Christmas which was exactly what buyers and sellers wanted. I would heartily recommend this outift.

GoogleAmanda was a complete star assisting us with the purchase of our property. We were the buyer and not the seller but nothing was any trouble for Amanda as our solicitor was poor.She chased both solicitors and promptly replied to any queries we had.

GoogleWouldn’t hesitate in recommending Gascoigne Whaley Bridge. Lorraine and Emma were brilliant when selling our house and purchasing our next one. They kept in touch constantly and were very attentive and couldn’t have done more to help us during the process.

GoogleHad a wonderful selling experience with James and the talented team at Gascoigne Halman. The process was seamless from listing, to viewings, the offer and sale. I was kept in the loop every step of (what is generally) the very stressful process of house selling. James was always quick to reply to any emails or calls and very pro-active in moving the process along. I highly recommend him and the rest of team! :)

His analysis of the local market trends proved invaluable, and his advice was always shrewd and accurate. But there's more to moving house than just the transaction: there's an emotional element to it too. James gave us rock solid support every step of the way, listening, advising and advocating and negotiating on our behalf. He was always there for us, in person or on the phone, whenever we needed him. He tailored his advice to our needs and priorities, he always followed through on what he promised and he earned our trust absolutely. We are deeply grateful to James and we would recommend Gascoigne Halman wholeheartedly.

What went wrong? Well I was advised by this agency that the property had come off the market once my holding deposit was paid. Upon submitting my credentials for referencing which was with let alliance, I was advised by "Charlotte" a representative at Gascoigne Halman that the landlord has gone with another offer and would rather refund my holding deposit then proceed with my application. Honestly Disappointed with the service provided by this agency. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH THIS AGENCY

After having significant problems with a another agent, which result in a collapsed sale, Steph and the team swept in, and managed to sell our house for a price we were happy with within 3 weeks of going to market. All the team are very knowledgeable, and communication is excellent. I would not hesitate in recommend Gascoigne Halman in Holmes Chapel to friends and family. GoogleFrom the beginning to the end, the whole team were reassuring throughout the process. Joe and Shoshannah did an excellent job of showing potential buyers around our home. Shoshannah went above and beyond to get, what turned out to be a very long and complicated chain, to completion . We would highly recommend.
