GoogleWe used Gascoigne Hallman recently to purchase a property in Knutsford. They were super helpful and even reminded us of documents we would need to complete that our solicitors failed to mention! Working with them, in particular Frances, was super easy and enjoyable so would recommend to anyone looking to move into the area.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Gascgoine Halman in Wilmslow and we were really grateful to have the process managed by Nicola. It was clear that Nicola is very experienced and knowledgable. She was fantastic at keeping us updated by email and phone, and also stayed in regular contact with the necessary estate agents and solicitors in the chain through out the whole process. She did a great job striking the balance between representing her clients (the sellers) interests and also making us feel valued as the buyers.

GoogleWe’ve just moved to Lymm purchasing a house through Gascoigne Halman, our first contact was with Paula who viewed a couple of properties with us, she was brilliant always on time and very knowledgeable about the local area, after we had an offer accepted we dealt with Sam who was equally brilliant, she steered us through the exchange and completion, Sam was in touch weekly and was always available for any questions, excellent service from both thank you for helping.

GoogleWe have been customers of Gascoigne Halman for a number of years now firstly with a management of a house in Sale Manchester and lately a Flat in Monton Eccles. We have found them very proactive in marketing the properties and managing the tenancies for each property. We have found the admin around property inspections reporting and health and safety reminders good. Sale Branch is always welcoming, and we find the lettings team specially Jodie great.

GoogleWe had our house on the market for almost another year with another local agent and only had a handful of viewings. We switched to Gascoigne Halman and right from the start Joanne and the team were super profession and (equally importantly) super friendly. Viewings flowed and six months later the property was sold. The difference between the 2 agents (who were literally 50 yards from each other) was stark. Highly recommend

GoogleI recently bought a house sold by Gascogne Holman Heaton Moor. Sharon was the estate agent dealing with the property, and she was incredibly helpful at every stage of the process, from initial viewings through to completion. We also had two viewings with Beth, and Adam and George also helped a lot throughout the purchase. I would like to thank them all. When I visited the office to pick up the keys, Adam and Sharon were there and I could tell that they were frankly happy for us (rather than just being happy that they completed the transaction). If we ever come to sell the house, I’m certain we will do it with Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor.

Rob the manager who gave us the quote to sell our property and prepare the brochure and Nicky our sales negotiator who was an absolute star all the way through the viewing process and the actual sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nicky for all the help you gave us. Definitely recommend them.

It had been a difficult time trying to sell our property in a difficult market following all the interest rises and we found GH helpful, efficient, supportive, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process of selling. One thing you definitely need when selling is honest, straight forward talking and I appreciated that aspect of dealing with James at the team.
