GoogleFreya at Enfields was a real asset in ensuring the smooth sale of our rental property in Moordown recently. Despite the inevitable complications of a sale proceeding during lockdown, she kept positive communication between ourselves, the buyer and the departing tenants, responded quickly and professionally to our queries and was polite and cheerful at all times. GoogleI was experiencing some issues with Enfields where my emails were not being responded and i felt abit left in the cold however when I phoned I got through to a Michael at Bournemouth office who was on his third day and he was extremely helpful, I am moving soon to Bournemouth where I will be living and renting from Enfields I had a lot of stress trying to get hold of property details and was being passed around the office a little bit to much, however Michael listened to me on the phone and went and got as much information as he could due to it being his first week, he remained calm and collected even when I was stressing, later I contacted Enfields again where I was greeted so politely by Freya who again is at the Bournemouth office, she listened and understood my request and apologised repeatedly making me feel like someone was listening to me. She dealt with my request as a matter of urgency and took my request as a priority and remained professional at all times! She dealt with my request within 30 minutes and The same day I had everything I needed and everything signed and sent back. She really helped me a lot and relieved huge amount of stress from myself. I am extremely grateful for both Michael and Freya’s assistants. Excellent work from them both.

GoogleRecently bought a property with Enfields & we were really pleased with the level of service. Greg was great helping us view multiple houses & really knowledgeable about the properties. After our offer was accepted we couldn't move due to COVID-19 lockdown but Freya kept me informed at all times on what was happening and kept regular contact. As soon as it was possible to move she helped orchestrate this as quickly as possible and I felt she genuinely wanted to be as helpful as possible. She's an asset to the office there. Emma

GoogleWe have recently moved into our new property, let with Enfields and we have been so pleased with the all round communication, the ease of the whole process. Kate Hughes is our property manager and she has dealt with all of queries or any issues in a quick and efficient way and made everything completely hassle free. Kate is friendly and always makes sure to communicate with us and keep us up to date with everything we need to know. They managed to make sure all the maintenance and problems were dealt with extremely quickly ready for our move in date. All round, the whole process has been a world away from the current service we had from our previous landlords and we are extremely happy with the service.

GoogleRented off them for 2 yrs perfect service louise mainly went above and beyond to help with any issues to the point spent her whole weekend dealing with a water leak that she managed to get fix and resolved knowing i had children. Moved out of a property and again she made the process stress free and gave great advice same as Morgan.

GoogleWe recently bought our new house through Enfields and the service received was First Class. The sale of our property (by others) was long and drawn out but communication with Kevin was maintained and he kept us updated on progress and helped with overcoming the many obstacles we experienced (although these were nothing to do with Enfields or our purchase). I would not hesitate to recommend Enfields to my friends & family. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Enfields Bitterne highly enough! If we could give 6 stars we would. Kevin has been absolutely fantastic, he totally goes above & beyond & is always so personable & professional. Selling the house is only one part - what Enfields do is ensure that sale progresses to completion, Kevin is constantly making sure everything is moving forward & will contact agents up & down the chain to solve any issues. He is extremely pro-active & keeps you informed throughout. I cannot imagine another agent meeting the standards that Enfields are setting! We are extremely grateful to Kevin, Rio & the rest of the team, thank you.

GoogleMyself and my partner have had such a positive experience with Enfields Eastleigh from start to finish. Everyone we have communicated with has been great but in particular Luan who dealt with our sale. She is efficient and helpful and was key in helping us to exchange on our house before our baby was born (with a very tight turn around) following a previous house falling through with another agent. We received at least twice weekly updates and chasing was done promptly. From offer accepted to exchange was just 9 weeks which in the midst of a pandemic was a fantastic outcome for a pair of panicked first time buyers expecting a baby imminently. I would not hesitate to recommend.

They were extremely courteous, attentive and helpful, which was especially useful to us as first time buyers. Louise was especially brilliant at keeping us informed and helping us with all the details that go into a house purchase, throughout the process. GoogleWhilst at uni being a tenant at enfields was great and so easy. Kate was a fantastic property manager throughout my tenancy and she managed to get us moved so swiftly. Kate was so helpful and productive in helping us get the deposit back just a day after we left the property. Thank you very much Kate.

Over this time I have found them extremely efficient , Kate Hughes in particular is amazing dealing with any maintenance issues , arranging tradesmen sometimes in a very sort turnaround and always with a friendly demeanour.
