I couldn’t recommend the Enfields team more. They helped me with the sale of my property which was super speedy! Unfortunately the solicitors I chose were very disappointing and created lots of delays however Enfields were so helpful in getting updates for me, and doing whatever they could to get progress on the sale. Most of all though they kept me feeling calm at very stressful time! Overall excellent customer service and excellent value for money! Special thanks to Luan and Olly

Great news received today from Louise Carr at Enfield's that our house purchase has exchanged with completion tomorrow. Covid 19 has put a lot of stress and strain on us as a family and being first time buyers we were very new to the process. Louise was always there to help even when working from home. If you would like to sell you house ruthlessly and with no morals, couldn’t recommend them enough!! They sold the house I was buying without informing me, but apparently it’s ok as they didn’t re-market, just rung round potential buyers!!

House selling and buying is a very stressful time with lots of highs and lows along the way. When a chain falls through in the way it did here we often wish we could provide a happy outcome for everyone. Unfortunately in a situation like this our paying client ‘the sellers’ expect us to act in their best interest. The only way we can do that when a chain below them falls through is to provide them with another buyer as soon as we possibly can. Obviously in this case it was from our registered buyers which removed the need re-market the property. We know by doing this that we would create a very disappointing outcome for you. We truly feel that. We hope you have found your dream home and hopefully another happy outcome has come out of this. We wish you well and good luck in the future. All the team at enfields.

Enfields have been absolutely amazing through a very difficult house move. We went through 4 buyers, due to various reasons including COVID-19. Every time a sale has fallen through, we've had a new buyer within a week or so. The team are incredibly motivated and always go the extra-mile. They are an absolute pleasure to instruct and I highly recommend their services.

We have just purchased a property through Enfields, Grace showed us round the property initially, she was fabulous with the price negotiation and then Ollie and Luan looked after us. They are a great team and we have found the whole experience very positive and now after only a few weeks we are packing for our new home! Highly recommend!

I can see that when negative reviews come up for Enfields that a point-by-point response pops up quite quickly to discredit the reviewer, so I’m not going to labour this. I understand that there were mitigating circumstances in my purchase and in the world at the beginning of this year and that the delays were not the fault of Enfields. I have taken this into account. I’ll simply say that if I were buying or selling another house I would avoid Enfields. Service did improve as we moved closer to the moving date and the purchase was successful.

Dear Mr Duffy, Firstly, you have admitted that the delays you had initially were not the fault of Enfields, the mitigating circumstances of CORONA VIRUS putting the property market into lockdown along with the majority of the World! I also note you review on the removal companys site quoting 'most frustrating COVID delayed house move'. We were at the bottom of the chain, you being the first time buyer. Once the restrictions were removed from the England market, you were unable complete as the top of the chain were not ready and the lady at the top was moving to Scotland where the restrictions were still in place, delaying completion! The sales progressor from our agency chased the chain daily (albeit our end was ready and it is not our job to chase the top of the chain). You have even stated that you felt the service improved and this was because we were out of LOCKDOWN! We wish you all the best in your new home.
