GoogleCompleted today on my flat in Bournemouth. 18 months and several buyers later, Enfields sold the property, and followed through the sale during COVID and despite the chain having problems. Enfields constantly updated me, liaised with solicitors and buyers, dealt quickly and efficiently with all questions. Jonathan as one of the Directors was professional and knowledgeable but particular praise goes to Freya who could not have been more enthusiastic and organised. I recommend them highly. GoogleOllie and Luan did a great job selling our property (which unfortunately fell through 3 times, but through no fault of their own!) They were very patient and Luan worked tirelessly to keep in touch with the parties above and below us in the chain in order to keep things on track and everyone updated. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleGood quality agents who call you when they say they will and follow up on what you ask, never felt out the loop during the process of buying our house. The Eastleigh branch is full of good friendly people and seems to carry a very positive culture. I would have no reservations in recommending them.

GoogleBought our house through Enfields and from offer to completion, it took 12 weeks. Very quick and easy process and as first time buyers, we have found this extremely helpful. Solicitors that were recommended by Enfields were also brilliant so all in all, I couldn't recommend them enough!

GoogleMyself and my partner have had such a positive experience with Enfields Eastleigh from start to finish. Everyone we have communicated with has been great but in particular Luan who dealt with our sale. She is efficient and helpful and was key in helping us to exchange on our house before our baby was born (with a very tight turn around) following a previous house falling through with another agent. We received at least twice weekly updates and chasing was done promptly. From offer accepted to exchange was just 9 weeks which in the midst of a pandemic was a fantastic outcome for a pair of panicked first time buyers expecting a baby imminently. I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleThis branch is Closed and Enfields refuse to remove it from Google and even their own website. They only have one branch left in the Bournemouth which is in Winton, and this is like so many of the local agents where there poor service and lack of respect for customers is clear and they are on the decline. Karma has caught up with this joke agency, which is built on smoke and mirrors. Stay away.

Please note that Enfields have acquired the floor above our Winton branch where we are moving our whole Lansdowne team. Please note that this move is taking place across this weekend hence the reason our Google page is still live but Google are aware of the change. Contrary to your review the reason for this move is to provide more space which is essential for us to expand our business rather than be on the decline. I understand your frustration when your buyers withdrew from your sale but we did all we could to progress the sale to a satisfactory conclusion but there were many factors completely out of our control that were the cause. We wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleOur move simply would not of happened if it wasn't for Louise - she has been an absolute star making sure that the whole chain stayed intact, from our buyers, to the vendors and all the Solicitors involved in the chain. If you want someone who is truly on your side when moving, then Louise at Enfields is the number 1 person I would trust.

GoogleThe worse agents i have had to deal with i am 24 and i have never been treated with such child-like courtesy in my entire life. They took a long time to respond to broken issues with our house which included leaked showed , lights out , electrical faults in the house and the gutter falling almost strait into my window. I was advertised a full working house only to be dissapointed with so many broken things. The way they delt with my deposit was terrible as they charged us for mould which again the property i was advertised with had and this meant they took half my deposit. The neighbor threatened to call the police any time he could even though what he thought was loud was before 8 and just a couple of freinds in my garden. I have never been so threatened by a neighbor before who also said had keys to my house even though we were not told my estate agents who would waltz into my garden whenever he wanted. He also tried stealing my bikes at the end of the tenancy and he would park in our car parking spot so my parents struggled to park anytime they came over. Please do not rent 301 wallisdown road the landlord is terrible and just wants as much money as they can from students

GoogleAndrew and the team at Enfields are a credit to their profession. They acted quickly in getting our property on to the market and sold unbelievably fast! Andrew was highly professional, responsive and demonstrated a vast amount of knowledge throughout which helped us to sell quickly and efficiently. Would I use Enfields again? 100%!!!
