GoogleScam office Never rent from here again They were forcing me to stay at the place and they never replied to my calles or emails It is Lieca and Kate. They are scammers be careful As the landlord was threaten me And now I can’t even get my deposit back Coz they asked me to come to the office at 5:30pm and then we I arrived they were close. When I rang them after they said we sorry we close at 5:30 And they make me look like a lier SCAM PPL

GoogleWe have just purchased a property through Enfields, Grace showed us round the property initially, she was fabulous with the price negotiation and then Ollie and Luan looked after us. They are a great team and we have found the whole experience very positive and now after only a few weeks we are packing for our new home! Highly recommend!

GoogleIf I could rate less than 1 star I would, when you speak to Enfields directly they are very kind and helpful, however this is constantly overridden by false promises. They would never call back or would say “I’ll do that today” with nothing. I have rented from Enfields twice and both times have had an awful experience including walls covered in mould, rotten window frames, heating leak, conservatory leaks, electric shocks and so on which are reported on move in. The photo doesn’t even do it justice. These issues were either never resolved or resolved extremely slowly. This even resulted Enfields receiving a 21 day notice from the council. The deposit reductions were very high which were eventually reduced 3 months later due to the lack of official checkout report provided. These issues were always blamed on the landlord but if these are the landlords they continue to work with I HIGHLY recommend to avoid them. I would never rent from Enfields again.

GoogleWould not recommend if you are looking to rent a property from Enfields Bournemouth. They magically make up costs at the end of the tenancy along with the landlord and are very poor at responding to emails. Now taken over 2 months to try and get our deposit back from a property we rented from them, whilst they have chucked imaginary costs at us whilst not responding to emails for weeks at a time.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on mine and my partners first home together. The team at Enfields were absolutely brilliant. I dealt with Louise who could not have done any more for us. The relationship built was better then I have ever had with someone I only know via phone calls. Not at any point did I fee like I was missing information as Louise kept me updated throughout the whole process and was more than happy to talk things through with me. I would be happy if she was the only estate agent I ever dealt with again!! I will also miss the weekly (sometimes daily) catch ups over the last 3 months. EXCELLENT

Googlewhat can we say about this Company. Jonathon and his team exceeded all our expectations with not only selling our home but also finding a tenant for our rental property. Having had our home on the market for over a year with very little interest, Jonathon took both properties on and did an absolutely amazing job. The rental property was snapped up within a couple of weeks and our house was completed within 6 weeks of the offer being accepted !! Enfields are truly a very professional company, the team extremely helpful, with good communication and there to help every step of the way. They even recommended a very good solicitor ! We will definately be using Enfields again and would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you once again and we wish you all well for the future.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend the Enfields team more. They helped me with the sale of my property which was super speedy! Unfortunately the solicitors I chose were very disappointing and created lots of delays however Enfields were so helpful in getting updates for me, and doing whatever they could to get progress on the sale. Most of all though they kept me feeling calm at very stressful time! Overall excellent customer service and excellent value for money! Special thanks to Luan and Olly
