We used Enfields to sell our first home and buy our family home. I cannot recommend Enfields highly enough. The service they provided was top quality and excellent value for money. They were very responsive throughout the process and always kept us updated as to what was going on. We never had to chase for any information, which is particularly valuable as you can feel quite powerless prior to exchanging contracts etc. Kevin Ashley deserves particular mention. if it wasn't for his efforts to communicate with and organise the rest of the chain, I imagine we would still be sitting on our old house!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Top agency! We bought a property through them and Sam Binnington is the one that helped us from the beginning until after the end. This guy is a LEGEND! He helped us through the whole process, made sure that all parts involved answered and worked in a timely manner. He answered all our emails within 1h or less, he kept us updated almost every day and ensured we have the key as soon as possible, he always went the extra mile! Enfields Bitterne have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I sold my house recently, they were extremely quick to get my property on the market and find me a buyer. I can't thank Daryl and Kevin enough, as both have been so professional, helpful and dedicated. A special thank you to them for keeping the momentum going during lockdown and getting the sale completed as soon as it was possible. They may not be the cheapest agency, but the level of service you get is worth it, I highly recommend them.

I moved into my property let by Enfields last August and had Kate Hughes as our property manager. I haven’t had many issues with the property but the few problems that have occurred, Kate has always been efficient in answering our emails and always gives 100% to try and resolve our problems straight away. Kate has always been extremely professional, polite and nice to all of the tenants and is the main reason for our positive experience with Enfields :)

Utterly frustrating

Utterly frustrating. Went to view a rental property, rang immediately after to put down an offer only to be told that a holding fee had been put down and that the property was already gone. We hadn't been notified at all prior to the viewing. We even had a confirmation phone call the morning of the viewing. The colleague showing us around the property also clearly had no idea this was the case. A complete lack of any sort of communication. An utter waste of people's time! Will not be viewing any future properties through Enfields!

The team and management at Enfields Pontefract were excellent from start to finish. A very experienced, professional team who provided great advice when I was looking to sell my house and what price to sell at. As soon as the house was put up for sale I was getting viewings, not just any viewings but the people who came had been vetted beforehand by the team at Enfields Pontefract to ensure they were genuine buyers. Once an offer had been accepted the team were great in keeping me updated on the progress, right up to the completion day. A great company who I would use again and have and will continue to refer them to others.

Time wasters! Not really worth dealing with people who can't manage their own worktime and deliberately wasting other people time especially now ! Poor attitude ,poor attention to details and only hard sale !I am taking my business elsewhere without a single blink of an eye !

Can't reccomend enough!

I can't recommend Enfields Hythe enough. Chris and Jamie were fantastic from start to finish, getting me an amazing offer on my maisonette, on the first viewing!
