I give 5 stars despite the fact I had to file a complaint with them. I was answered in a timely manner and I believe my issue was solved in a fair way. Jack was willing to listen to my complain instead of just ignoring it so I am satisfied and I feel like a valued customer.

Tried to sell my late fathers property, I heard one person laughing down the phone when I told them the value of a four bedroom house. Disgusting attitude so decided to use morris dibben, theres a reason morris dibben are the best, they dont have little boys handling big jobs.

would 100% recommend, my flat went up for sale on the Friday, 3 hours later i had a viewing for the next day and it was sold on the Monday! Joanne and Andrew have been brilliant the entire time, and if we were to ever move again ( found the dream house so don't need to ) we would use them again in a heartbeat, pictures of the flat were superb and brilliant quality unlike other estate agents

I am so impressed with Enfields, Bitterne. I found them to be professional, courteous, honest. They were successful in selling my property very quickly and at a good price. They provided good feedback. I previously had difficulties in trying to sell my property and yet Enfields were able to sell it within two weeks. This branch is Closed and Enfields refuse to remove it from Google and even their own website. They only have one branch left in the Bournemouth which is in Winton, and this is like so many of the local agents where there poor service and …

Please note that Enfields have acquired the floor above our Winton branch where we are moving our whole Lansdowne team. Please note that this move is taking place across this weekend hence the reason our Google page is still live but Google are aware of the change. Contrary to your review the reason for this move is to provide more space which is essential for us to expand our business rather than be on the decline. I understand your frustration when your buyers withdrew from your sale but we did all we could to progress the sale to a satisfactory conclusion but there were many factors completely out of our control that were the cause. We wish you all the best for the future.
