We bought a house through Enfields. Chris was great at keeping us updated and remained patient all the time despite it being a stressful process for us! When it was time to exchange he communicated directly with the solicitors to push this through and make sure we achieved the completion date we wanted.

FacebookThe Enfields team are amazing, so efficient and helped to sell my house within such a short space of time (given the circumstances with Covid & various lockdowns I am extremely impressed with the speed of the sale and completion). The team were in constant communication with myself and my buyer, the process was extremely smooth and I truly believe if it wasn't for Enfields, I would not have completed on my house sale as quickly. Absolutely recommend anybody considering selling / buying with these guys. Thanks again!!

GoogleAfter student accommodation and the hassle of dealing with student let’s, myself and my partner moved into our first property through Enfields and had a very good experience, with prompt replies, work done where needed and positive attitudes each time, even during quarantine. As Power of Attorney I needed to sell my Father's bungalow. Enfields were fantastic and so accommodating with my very elderly Father. A buyer was found on the Open Day. I'd thoroughly recommend Enfields, Jamie, Chris and Amanda were amazing, very professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I used Enfields when I bought my house 10 years ago and I was impressed then so returned to them to sell my house .... again I could not fault them - very professional whilst being friendly and understanding also very efficient within a few weeks my house had an accepted offer on it. I would recommend using their service again and again. Thank you Enfields for what was a “bitter sweet” sell and all your understanding.

THE STAFF ARE LAZY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, there are spelling mistakes in their “professional” contracts and they are not help when it comes to first time house buyers/letters I would not recommend Enfields AT ALL.

GoogleGreat news received today from Louise Carr at Enfield's that our house purchase has exchanged with completion tomorrow. Covid 19 has put a lot of stress and strain on us as a family and being first time buyers we were very new to the process. Louise was always there to help even when working from home. GoogleMyself and four other students let with Enfields for the academic year 2019/2020 and had an atrocious experience from start to finish. There is unfortunately not one good thing I can say about this company. They let us a house that quite literally fell down around us with a staircase that collapsed, a kitchen that flooded, an electric shower that was installed wrong and tripped all the fuses, a toilet that constantly was running water after they sent a plumber to 'repair' it, endless mould issues, and a dead cat in the shed that was there from before we moved in, and there throughout the entirety of our tenancy. The lettings agents at Enfields were insanely slow to respond to emails 'lost my details' on multiple occasions after having communication over the phone, via email, and in person, and cannot seem so communicate between each other either. It took five months to get our deposit back, the only highlight being we got all of it after having to contest several hundred pounds of claims for damage to the property present when we moved in. Students please avoid using Enfields at all costs for your own sake, and if you must, keep evidence of everything to do with the house, pictures, videos, emails, bills.

GoogleHaving not had the best experience with previous estate agents we were unsure about which (if any) agency we should use to let and manage our property but having read excellent reviews, decided to go with Louise at Enfield’s and it was certainly the best decision we could have made. Louise is exceptional, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, she took all the stress out of the letting process, arranging everything for us and keeping us informed at all times. Enfield’s provide an outstanding service and we couldn’t recommend them or Louise more highly.

GoogleEnfields help in a recent sale of my flat deserves a public review. The property was marketed efficiently - multiple viewings were arranged quickly, and it was obvious that Enfields had good knowledge of the Southampton area. The initial transaction was complex but when my original buyers dropped out a replacement buyer was found extremely quickly (within 48 hours) and for a price that suited us both, and this sale was completed with minimum fuss. Throughout this process Sam and Shaun in particular were quick to answer emails, called regularly to update on progress and successful completion allowed purchase of a new property. Very grateful for the team's professionalism and happy with service offered.
