I know three year olds with better communication skills than Enfields. They never ring you back. If you have a property to sell take it elsewhere: they are lazy and unprofessional.

We have looked into your comments and can see the property you enquired on is a tenanted property and we are unable to arrange viewings as we cannot gain access. We held your details to let you know once we were starting to conduct the viewings. As we are unable to gain access we have withdrawn the property from the market short term. Sorry that the service your received was not what you expected. This is not our usual practice but understand your disappointment.

As a landlord customer of Enfields for 10 years I have come to really appreciate the outstanding service levels Enfields deliver day in day out, I really appreciate the way they have looked after tenants looked after so well by Lisa and her team. Any issues have been rectified promptly and they have worked hard to help make the properties better for the tenants to enjoy. It is a constantly evolving process to make sure the highest standards are provided when letting properties. I know tenants have been very happy and so am I. I have also had very positive experiences selling and buying and feel Jonathon and his team do an excellent job. He connects and communicates superbly and the high quality informative online videos are an invaluable tool to help the process along. You will be in safe hands with Enfields

Absolutely top marks to Jonathon at The Enfield Estate Agent for being a complete star throughout all the processes of baying a new flat. was an excellent and responded quickly to texts or calls. It was particularly reassuring to know it would always be him at the end of the phone and not someone unknown in an office team. Enfield is just the right blend of professional and friendly, and was unfailingly helpful and cheerful.

We bought our first home through Enfields. Chris mainly dealt with us and was great and quick with email replies etc. Everyone in the office were helpful whenever Chris was unavailable. I would definitely recommend Enfields.

I have been dealing with Enfields for several months now on the sale of my property. Service has been excellent and they have gone above and beyond in many areas to ensure the sale and process went as smooth as possible. In particular, the communication with Kevin has been very frequent in keeping me updated on the progress of my sale. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
