GoogleEnfields took over the management of our flat last year, and we have been very impressed with the service they provide. Gen Glancy is our key contact and she competently handled all the arrangements for checking out tenants at the end of their tenancy, providing a very detailed check out report and diligently following up on the work required to relet the property. She responds quickly and positively to any emails and efficiently liaises with our tenants whenever necessary.

Since the beginning Enfields have been consistent with their support in particular Georgia Steel has been helpful and professional, we cannot fault her attention to detail and the care she shows in all aspects of her work.

I recently contacted Enfields in Shirley to enquire whether they needed a maintanance company to work with them. Since that contact I have received work from both Morgen and Georgia. At all times they have been very professional in their approach and are polite at all times resulting in them providing an excellent property management team. They have always responded to my queries either the same day or early the following day.

My property has been rented out via Enfields for the past 5/6 years. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Not always impressed with some of the tradesmen that are sent out to fix maintenance issues. During the last 5 months both Georgia Steel and Morgan Hobbs have had to deal with most unpleasant tenants that have rented my property. They both have been incredibly supportive to me and have had to endure frequent unpleasant phone calls from the tenants. I have really appreciated all they have done to help me. They both deserve medals 🏅 I would thoroughly recommend Enfield for both Rental and Selling properties.

GoogleDuring our tenancy Enfields were not too bad at arranging maintenance for our property, however afterwards, our property manager was awful at responding to emails and never returned missed calls when dealing with our deposit return, which is still ongoing 2 months after our tenancy ended. If you are a student I would strongly advise against taking a tenancy with Enfields, as their lack of communication is unbelievably unprofessional and excuses of 'currently on a property visit' only work for so long. Avoid at all costs.
