I just moved house and enfields were the agents for the property i was buying and i was so impressed with their service. They were always happy to help no end and pushed hard on the chain to keep things moving. They were honest and upfront at every stage and far superior in attitude and performance than the estate agents i used to sell my property who were absolutely appauling. I really wish i could have paid my comission to enfields instead as they did so much more for me than my agents. If i was ever to sell my property in the future i would definitely use enfields and avoid the normal high street chains who just don't care about their customers. Luan was my main contact and she was absolutely excellent. First class service!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have recently sold a house in the Fair Oak area through Enfields and received a first class service throughout the process. The person who mainly dealt with transaction was Luan, who was professional and efficient at all times resulting in the smooth and rapid sale of our property despite current restrictions caused by the pandemic. I have had the most unpleasant…

I have had the most unpleasant experience with this agency . Firstly , they use false advertisement with miss leading pictures and description. Secondly , on the viewing day the make verbal promises about fixing the property which are not kept. They use very bad an external company to run credit checks .After passing the checks we have booked the a second viewing of the house and we found a lot damage to the property and also found out that what was promised in the ad and original viewing would not be carried out . We had expected an unfurnished house and few days before moving the agency told that white goods and some furniture would stay. The communication has been poor through the process with irresponsible and disrespectful attitude . We had to pull out few days before move in day as it felt that the house was not ready or suitable for a family to move in with the Agency staff not communicating with landlord properly. After we pulled out we have been informed That we have lost our holding fee . We advised the agency to re advertise the house to represent its true state but what they have done is put the original advert out without any amendments . We don’t recommend Enfields agency

Excellent Agents

The speed and service provided by Jamie and Chris was excellent. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my or Enfields control, our sale/purchase collapsed. Would definitely recommend Enfields to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough of this estate agents! They have been so commited and patient with selling our house. A year and a half (because of covid) of dedication and hard work from the team has finally payed off today when we finally got the news that our house had sold. A special mention to Johnathon, Greg and the rest of the team as they have worked extra hard to make sure that everything was done right with as little stress as possible. Thank you Enfield's!

Me and my friend left looking for our third year uni flat really late in the year so were anxious about finding something suitable. However Karina has been really helpful and efficient in finding us a good property last minute, as well as helping us communicate some queries' we had to the landlord.

Lettings Hell.

After 6 months in an apartment block that was continually broken into, and nothing was done to secure the main entrance (drug paraphernalia and theft on a weekly basis) combined with an absolute shambles of a Lettings office, with terrible communication and devious delaying tactics for all complaints.Final nail in the coffin they wouldn't return the deposit even though we gave much notice (4 phone calls to confirm dates and settlement requirements), and vacated the flat in perfect condition 14 days prior to final date, allowing the flat to be marketed. WHITE COLLAR CRIME AT IT'S FINEST...BEWARE.

Absolute disgusting agency, so desperate they will leave advertising boards for months in end despite my property selling in few weeks putting a strain on my relationship with my neighbours They know we both elderly therefore cannot remove the board, they took their commission im still not sure why would they continue advertising using my house Neighbours will sure stay clear off you, wasting your time
